Hi, Angie! Yes, we just joined the group last week. I know everyone's been concerned about you and we're all glad to hear you're on the mend.

We lived in Marietta for 17 or 18 years (I lost count!) and just recently moved over here to Grayson. I had the same question - "where's Grayson?!!!" We are in Gwinnett County - bordering Snellville, Lawrenceville and Loganville. We actually have a "Lawrenceville" mailing address because the Grayson P.O. can't handle all the new subdivisions! The most important thing I've learned since moving here: There is NO easy way to get ANYWHERE from here!!!

We've lived in ATL area since '98 - first in Roswell, now in Alpharetta. It's sad that we don't get out of our own little world up here. DH & I both work in this area so we are spoiled!

I'm feeling ok ... been better though - LOL! I can definitely tell when the vicatin starts to wear off. I'm doing pretty good though, at least I think so. I'm taking 1 every 4 hours during the day and 2 every 6 hours at night. Yesterday I talked to the nurse about something to help me sleep ... she suggested Tylenol PM ... my parents went buy me some ... looked at the ingredients ... didn't we have this discussion a while back??? When I requested an extra sleeping aid in the hospital they told me that I couldn't have more yet so they just gave me Benadryl.

I'm back from spending the day at the Funai Classic at WDW. It was a great day for golf. Of course I only made it out for a couple of holes. Why go stand in the heat when you can sit in the hospitality tent, open bar, A/C and ESPN.

Tomorrow Matt and I go back to TKD tournament. Will probably end up at MGM, Brown Derby as we have a couple to use up before Sunday.

Sharon and I are to be in Cozumel in 30 days. We are starting to wonder will the ship will port now, assuming Coz has heavy damage.

Kevin, Sharon suggest St. Martin and possibly over night....Saba, Saba.

I looked at some of them... all I could think was, "yep, that's a hurricane alright... now GET BACK INSIDE!!!"

Watching a rare thing in FL... a UNH Hockey game!!!!! Oh, there certainly are some things I miss from back home... WAY too little hockey on TV here!!!

Hurricane or not, its yet another Saturday of football (only one more after this) tomorrow.

OK... gotta ask your opinions... a young girl who works with me (used to work for me, but got a HUGE promotion)... is throwing her OWN 24th b-day party this weekend... at a restaurant/bar. Is it just me, or is it kinda tacky to throw yourself a party... and invite the whole company. (She hasn't even been there a year yet.) Trying to decide if I'm going or not...

Hi guys....another long day. Got home a bit ago.....just kind of went from one thing to the next and ended our day with Jay's ballgames and dinner with friends.

Tomorrow morning is the Homecoming parade...so am heading for bed.

I still haven't gotten all my work done to the point where I can say I'm ready for the trip. Going to have to really be multi-tasking this weekend and next week.
And the schools have done it to us again.....they had half days yesterday and today, and will have "late start" on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. But just the high school, Jared's school is on its normal schedule. Anything to double my running around!
