Hi everyone! Hope you're enjoying your Sunday.

Pam, sorry about your bad day yesterday. I hope the big post made up for it!

We all made it to Mass this morning. I think we may have turned a corner with Ashley. She's actually being quiet and can sit through without pitching a fit to go home. YEAH! I'm hoping by cruise time, she will be grown up enough not to embarrass us too much.

Came home and got the girls changed into Christmas clothes then off to the mall to take pics with Santa. Somehow we finally convinced Ashley that Santa wasn't so bad (she's been terrified). She agreed to sit on his lap if she could do it with her sister. She even practiced her smile! The line was awful when we got there. They were handing out pagers and were told that it would be an hour before we were beeped. So, off we went to the other side of the mall to the food court. You would know that as I was ordering food, the beeper went off. It wasn't an hour ... more like 15 minutes! So, it was back across the mall to see Santa. Ashley got scared when it was their turn. She didn't cry but had a pout on her face. Every time Santa went to put his hand on her, she looked down at his hand with a look of "What is your hand doing on me?!" So, we have a picture of a happy Emily and a pouting Ashley. But, it's still cute.

Ang

Ahhhhh, nothing could be sweeter - you'll always cherish pictures like that!! They're the "real" moments.

Im glad someone enjoyed.I was begining to think I have been put on the ignore list since I no longer post as often! LOL

Hi Amanda -- good luck finding the game. I too have been looking for one for my kids. We have the regular Dance Dance Revolution for play station, but would love to have the Mario one for the kids gamecubes. They love the dance dance revolution and it is a hit when ever any kids come over to play.

Charley and I just came back from a little Christmas shopping without the kids. That was nice to actually leave them at home for a while and not have them trying to figure out what we were buying.

Now we are off to see the Chronicles of Narnia at 4:30 MST. I figured if we didn't go today, it would have to be after we got back from Disney.

We are really looking forward to our trip next week and am really excited about meeting up with another Cruise Family (Laura - RachelTori). Here's hoping we have great weather while we are there next week Laura:sunny:

Hey Pam,
Have you seen how much those darn things are going for on EBAY?!!?!?! No way am I paying that much for a game! Sheesh! I could kick myself because, I saw them at Best Buy about a month ago, and i had no idea that the kids wanted that game. Ah well....

That's how we tell the "natives" from the tourists. Those of us who have lived in this climate for a while are freezing, wearing coats...and the people from the midwest and east are in shorts and t-shirts! LOL

HEY! A T.O.P. with Mary!

I can tell the natives form the tourists even easier.

Almost none of the locals wear anything with Disney on it! It's astounding, but very true. Now I see where their marketing division must be getting this signal to not market merchandise for adults. Everyone here is too busy dressing in 'fashon' right down to those ray-bans and the like with the honkin huge rims.

It's a big part how we got in the vip line for Aladdin, was because we were wearing our matching WDW holiday shirts. :earsboy: , she even commented on that.

Definitely!! I checked the *Accu-Weather 15 Day Forecast* and it's going to be sunny :sunny: -- sometimes cloudy :cloud9: -- just a slight chance of rain one or 2 days :umbrella: (nah!) --- high's around 70/71; low's in the low 50's. I think it will be delightful! :teeth:

Pam, Alicia and I saw Narnia this afternoon, it's great! Try not to jump during the scary parts, OK?

Does the Mario version of DDR have the mat? Sorry, not up on the latest toys. Shopping means clothes, make-up, shoes, and purses these days. Not for me, of course.

Amanda, love the wetsuit guy. Kevin is back from diving, I'm sure he will comment on it soon.

That's more true with California than it is with Florida...they just don't have that "Disney Spirit" there...go figure.
All the better, though, for you...it worked in your favor!!

WHOO HOO! This time a T.O.P. with MARK and the tourists!

Diana,
yes it has the mat.....sigh....i should got it when I saw it

Jared and I looked at Target today, since we are in a fairly "remote" area. No go. Sorry!

Yes, I was back at Target again today. You know it's bad when there's a woman wandering around looking for something, and I showed her where to find it!

This was a GOOD mission, though. Jay sent me to buy the lights for one of my Christmas presents. We live on Ocotillo Road...named for all the Ocotillo plants all over. All over everywhere except my 5 acres. At Christmas, people decorate theirs and I've always wanted to do that. So he made me one! Then he and Jared set it up and put the lights on it...I thought for sure they'd make me do the lights.

Hello everyone! Well, I arrived safely at the LeClairs house a few nights ago. I have been VERY busy helping with decorating with the family and hanging out with my new friends Pooh and Dumbo. While Tori is at school i sit on her bed with Pooh and Dumbo. I am preparing for my long trip to Disney on the 17th. I will then be starting a new journey with BWVpam and her family. I have pics but i cant get them to be smaller so i cant post them. sorry. Well i hope i can post again soon!

Scoopie good to see you coneman!

Sorry, we seem to be having technical difficulties posting the Scoopie pictures. Tori deleted them and now Dwight's trying to re-post. There are lots of loud voices - I'm staying out of it!!!

OK - the loud voices only lasted a couple minutes, then they got down to business, but can't figure it out so they just gave up :confused3 I know even less about computers than they do so I'm absolutely no help at all!

Has anyone sailed DCL in January before? I am womdering what to expect weather-wise for our trip next month! I am sooo excited to "give" MIL her gift! She is going to be sooooo surprised!

Speaking of that, I need your help. I want to give my MIL a big box of stuff for Christmas that will make her disappointed in her gift, and not understand why we gave her a big box of stuff...hers the important part. I would like this box of stuff to be not so obvious clues about the cruise. I am trying to avoid putting things in there that are "ship" or "beach" related. Maybe products whose name can be a clue? Or part of the name??? Help I am not very creative at all! For the final gift, I will give her a replica of the ship and a "postcard" that "SHE" wrote from our trip......Make sense?? LOL
SO what products can I put in a box that have something in their name that I could use? Whres all my cretive folks??? Please I would love to hear any product suggestions you may have.
