Thanks for asking, Angie. I got back from another interview today. I'm very excited about the job, and it sounds like they want to hire me ASAP. I have to give 2 weeks to the library, though. I also mentioned that I have this 2 week vacation planned for next year, and they didn't seem to have a problem with it. It turns out that my former boss just happened to be in a meeting at this business just this morning, and my name was mentioned. I was expecting a secretarial position, but they liked my programming background, and had me in mind for assistant to the IT director due to my computer knowledge. It's not final, yet, but I'm hopeful.
Our thoughts and prayers go with you next week.

Thanks for asking. Yes, I know that I made the right decision. It just ded not sit well with me when I was given the oppurtunity, and I went with my gut. But I wanted other opinions as well, to make sure my gut was telling me rightm and I just wasnt being afraid of change...ya know?? Besides, that commute would have cut in big time on my DISing time and well, we just cant have that....

Cute words or phrases the kids have said? I've kept a recipe box full of index cards with their cute things they've said or did. Started it when Nick was very young. Had to "recreate" some of KT's things. We go through it now and I'm glad we have it....I'd have forgotten most of this stuff.

Hey guys....Stacey's post got me thinking...hmm would anyone be up for a pre cruise swap? Like what they have on the CB?? I would be willing to host it...basically, if you are not familiar, we pick a theme ( fall, socks, ornaments, etc etc) and a $$ limit and send it off to an assigned fellow blabbermouth and they will have sent something to someone else? I think ti would be fun, but let me know what yall think
