It would seem that DD is a wee bit shy. When she is by herself, the poses just come. Now, when others are around it's a bit different......

I love the WDW pictures, thank you for posting. I doubt if we will get there this year, too many cruises to save for!!!!!!!!!!! (don't know why my house had to cost me $$$$$$$$$$ now!!!)

I'm still in the habit of looking for the thread at the top of the Cruise Meets board. You tricked me again!

A group of Czechoslovakian tourists were camping in Yellowstone
National Park. While the others set up tents, a few went to gather
firewood. There were plenty of fallen branches, and they soon found
their arms full. As they were heading back to the campsite, a large
bear jumped out at them. It swallowed one of the men whole and ran off.

Distraught, his friends found a park ranger and told him what happened.
The ranger agreed to help find their friend. After a short search, they
found two bears sleeping close to the campsite. The ranger asked the
men which one attacked their friend. Unfortunately, they didn't know.

The ranger studied the bears. After a moment, he pointed at the male
bear. "That's the one that ate your friend." Then, he pulled out a
knife and cut the bear open. Of course, the missing tourist wasn't
inside.

The moral of the story: Don't believe anyone who says the Czech is in
the male.

Last night we went to a wine tasting and benefit with tickets given to us by a friend (Nice friend. Thanks). I had some great wine including a Chocolate Port, a White Port, and BANFI!

It went really well with the chocolate fountain. To bad they would not give me the bottle and a chair to make me more comfortable next to the fountain!

Soccer yet again this a.m. 8:00 semi final game...Mike's uniform could have stood up on it's own by the end of the day, yesterday.

School starts tomorrow!!! My vacation starts at 7:45 when they walk out the door!!

Good Morning Cruisers and Happy and Thankful Sunday. Still fighting the dial-up line and Monday I am out of the office on business so I wil have lots to catch-up on I hope...

Finally...........made it through the reservation system for the November cruise....Found out an interesting piece of info for the Doiuble Scoop - since I mae the reservation through a TA, the castaway card number is not entered and I will need to fix that before I can make reservations. Plenty of time, but glad I learned it now. Disney cannot, as they "cannot touch" a res. made by a TA. Thought I would pass this along.

Spent over an hour yesterday afternoon, trying to sort out "my name"...who am I? with Disney Castawy Club. Apparently, there is some linkage to your "passport" name, and Disney has a habit of mis-spelling my husbands family name, I'll blame him....But for us married ladies, if your passport uses your maiden and married name. I very nice cast member walked me through all the issues, and was very patient.

When I could finally get on-line this morning and retrieve the ressies page, all went very easily. -- 'cept for dial-up and the fact my printer thinks it is low on ink, it is not.......

Had a wonderful dinner with a girlfriend to wait to the midnight countdown, NO BANFI, but champagne, marrinated salad, mushroom cream soup, and chicken vegetable fondue with home grown pineapple for dessert....A 4 hour dinner AND she helped me pint the hem of "the dress".

OK - I have been letting the side down with my 4 posts per day....Will do better, I promise.....

Have a wonderful and Blesed Sunday....Company tonight (sadly - a friend whose sister has taken a turn for the worse needs a bed to lay his head while he visits...) Guess I should clean the spare room..

Had a great time yesterday with OhioMinnie and her kids..... After I finished working - we sat around and talked.... grilled out and then went to the local Class A baseball team game. The WV Power have a new stadium and we all had a really nice time. When we returned home we watched a video of Taylor Mason (Comedian, ventriloquist who was on the 10 day cruise - and frequents DCL). It was hilarious....

Back at work this AM - everybody was sleeping when I left and OM and clan will be gone when I get home. It was really nice seeing everybody....

Stacey - OM understands the desk for Lauren's bed now - I'll post a picture when I get it all fixed up for the rest of the Double Scoopers to see....

Amanda, thanks. That was taken at Viagara Falls(love that) playing mini golf when I kicked everyone's butt... That other picture I had posted was from a year ago. We're hardly ever "all together" looking presentable with hubby working on the house and all.

Construction update: Insullation is installed and inspected. Needless to say, we passed inspection. Waiting on our carpenter contractor who is supposed to hook us up with some sheet rockers and tapers. Originally he said they were supposed to start tomorrow(Mon), but there's no material here yet. Hubby will have to make another phone call to this guy. That is really holding us up. Why does insullation have to smell like urine??? What's up with that? Hubby started putting the vinyl siding up yesterday in 96 degree weather. Boy is he stubborn. That's a hard-headed Italian for ya. Any other I-talians out there?

That's all that's going on over here. Kevin, love that sunset picture from the water. I LOVE SUNSETS & SUNRISES....they are my favorite. I have one that I took in Hawaii that I had blown up and matted. AWESOME! That was many moons ago. 20 as a matter of fact. Wow..surprised I can even remember back that far.

Guess I should be going and have some breakfast now. Stomach is starting to rumble.
