Oh my....well, you NON-camping people wouldn't know....

They make pies over a campfire....two slices of bread filled with just about anything you want. We prefer pizzas and cherry pies. Although that night the kids just had eggs (both fried and scrambled---no bread with those)

It's actually a very dangerous quick growing mold that will eat your skin if you come in contact with it!! It often grows in rainy areas of the country in the back of the closets or in hot tub jets......... In microscope cross section the culprit resembles a piece of cut pie!!

YUCK! And you think I'd eat this for DINNER?????????????? Blech!

Then you need to look at the wonderful world of DVC. One bedrooms with full kitchen, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub. Heaven on earth!

Not with the number of kids she has. She's definitely a two bedroom kinda woman. But that's ok...all that space and two bedrooms. Beautiful!!!

I missed them terribly, but it was very nice and peaceful...it was weird around here without them though and it was nice to get them back...

Really? Around here I'd rather have them BOTH or have none. I always encourage Grandma to take both at one time. If I only have one, they usually don't know what to do with themselves without their best friend here.

Well, we just found out some devastating news....

The OSU Buckeyes play at home exactly ONE weekend in October. One weekend is a buy week, no game, and the other 3 are away.

Mike's half sister planned her wedding for the ONE week the Buckeyes are home!!!!!!!!!! Wouldn't be such a big deal (we'd skip the wedding) except KT is IN the wedding. She is about ready to hang up her flower girl shoes and go to the game instead (there's loyalty, huh?) Poor kid is already sad she has to miss a home game for a Disney trip in September, and now this.

hee hee. we have a bird that decided to build a nest in our hanging basket of impatients on the front porch! talk about making it difficult to water that plant!!

it'll be fun though b/c i can briefly take the plant down and show the kids. I'm sure kt will scrapbook a page on baby birds (until they get so old that our taking them down will freak them out---don't want to harm them in any way!)
