I served Sam's club fish tonight (cod filets), noodles and salad. No slaving for me!! :)

That's right. I forgot all about that.

This time I used the individually sliced pork loin. Made a pocket in each one and then stuffed them. Seared them and then baked it. They look wonderful.

Much easier than trying to roll the pork loin. I guess the test will be in the taste.

Topping it with a hunter sauce.
