True, true ... so TRUE! I never thought of it that way. It's nice to have them visit but boy I am ready for them to leave after a week. I don't know what I'm going to do when they have to come live with us for a while when I have back surgery!!!

Elizabeth 'officially' graduated into our church's youth group last night... I went to pick her up afterward, and couldn't get her to leave! I think she would have sat outside and hung out with the high-schoolers all night... she was a little put out that I showed up on time... "Mom... couldn't you at least be LATE?"

It's funny though- they have a trip to Wet-N-Wild planned for next week... she is flat broke, and now has decided to do everything she can to earn $25 in 7 days... last night, she unloaded the dishwasher (her job, anyway), reloaded it, and cleaned the kitchen... she wanted to wash the floor, but it was already 9:30... this weekend, she plans on washing my car, vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors.... I could really get to like this!!! I think I'll take my frozen beverage and float around the pool!! (gotta love my pool float with the built-in ice-bucket!)

Too bad we are not closer, I could use her help.......and a few of those beverages wtih little umbrellas.

My parents left this moring to head back to Louisiana. They fear that they'll have to head home to prepare for the tropical storm out in the Gulf.

Thanks - having folk over this weekend and thought it would be a treat. They like sweeter wine than I.

My preference on the ship is the Fairy Tale --- yummy Wonder if I can get 7 bottles of that in the wine package. Of course we shall have to have a "dry" run (yuk) at food and wine.

Hello all! Checking in at lunch. Only 2 1/2 hours left of work and then we are on the road! Hopefully the storms will hold out until we are at our hotel tonight and won't come back tomorrow morning when we are on the road for the rest of the trip.

Our family moto is "Fish and family both spoil in three days". We learned that many years ago and live by it!

I have found Banfi at ABC and at Fresh Market. I have also found it at the Publix in West Palm Beach, but not here in Daytona Beach.
