This Food & Wine idea is getting more serious. Is anybody planning a trip to WDW the week before Halloween?

We will be there on 10/27 & 10/28. Tower of Terror 13K on Saturday night. We are staying at Shades of Green. Sunday is Food & Wine.

Morning All - we are heading to Food and Wine of course, but an earlier weekend...Of course, we could be talked into going twice....... And silly me, I did make a second reservation, and guess for what weekend, So we will be there as well - Any one up for Party of the Senses?????

Who said it was the lazy days of summer - we spend Sat night in the garden, here's a hint, don't lie on the grass it will take you over....

Sunday was time to do some serious house cleaning as it was oh, so too hot to venture outside.

And to finish up some long awaited chores - here is a question - who kows how to hem a man's shirt so that it is a straight edge and not a shirt tail????

Finished the champagne at dinner....ahhhh, life is good...

4th of July decoations are partially up, will finish tonight...

No the dolphins did not stick around, but were still a pretty sight.

Kikikaren, you have the most productive and satisfying weekend. The poor child, I have never heard of his birth injury..what a great group of folk you work with to help out so.

No help with the shirt seam. I have trouble sewing a straight seam on a straight edge...

A pocket knife and duct tape?


I'd say just iron a good straight crease in it where you want it to stop, and then run it through the sewing machine.

hmm, considering John already bought a new camera, lens, and tripod, I seriously hope he's done for awhile... We've got an unplanned remodel to take care of first...

Although, John did mention Kevin has been giving him advice on the tile installation....Who knows how much that advice will cost us...

Yay! A party at Epcot on Oct. 28! Laura is coming too, so now we have six adults at least, and Lisa & Matt? Should be fun! Anyone else? The more the merrier! Sorry, I'm leaving the tile man home, he will have his quota of trips by then. Maybe he will do our tile while I'm gone. And the teen has to go to school.
