Funny... you weren't ignoring me when you followed my beer truck right into my driveway. I've since gotten rid of the blue car and have a NEW truck... so I'm incognito now...

Camera question for Kevin and John..... Do you have the 18-200 VR for your D200? I've been seriously considering getting a D80 - but more and more like the D200 with the 18-200 VR. My only concern is that it's a little big for my hands....... But it reminds me of my old Nikon F1.... For what I want to do the metering system is so much better (by reports/reviews)....

I do not have the 18-200 but Kevin does. it is on my wish list and will be my next purchase.... ssshhh Don't tell Monica!!! It is a great walk around lens. I love the D200 and am still learning to get the best out of it!

Back to camera chat....goodie, while you are chatting, what would be the best lens for me?

I did look at the digitals, I even picked up the Rebel TSi and could understand its features, but I hate the lens, slop, slop, slop....how can anyone work with that lens.

So I got as far as a potential camera and then stopped.

I guess I need to find a good digital camera shop and try, try, try.....

Or I stick with film. (insert ancient smilie here).

Kevin is at scuba class tonight. He's taking the class this time to actually be an instructor. Then he starts teaching his first class Saturday. At least now he will get paid for his time, instead of doing it for free.

Yes, he probably does have the fancy lens. These are the reasons we don't have a cruise booked. His pictures look good, we just can't afford to go anywhere so that he can take pictures. He took some out at Santa Rosa last weekend, they are on his phanfare site.

Going on the Mar 17th Eastern!! Some friends I made on the Sept double dip invited me to go with them for a fantasic rate and I could not turn it down! ANd lucky for me, same friends are letting me share a room with their DD for he EB repo or I would not have been able to go!!! Super exicted!

I did have it but lucky for me, I met a fantabulous family on board the Magic in September that have allowed me to cruise this year when I thought I would not be able too!! We really "clicked" so to speak and I cant wait to hang out with them again! I am truly blessed! You can have the crying smily my love! LOL

I made our spring break plans today. Eye exams, teeth cleaning, and taking Alicia for her 15 year check-up. A little late, but she seems to be running ok. Well, except for all her dance owies. Real exciting spring break, huh?
