5/27/06 "Il pochi il fiero i blabbermouths" We *will* sail again Part 12

At this point, all I know is that sometime in mid-late June '08, our family be on a 7 day cruise to Bermuda from some Northeast port (NY, NJ or Boston)... still TBA as NCL & RCCL have not released schedules.... I'm kind of pulling for the Vero idea, as I figure that we won't be able to do a 2nd cruise, but a few days in Vero to visit great friends who JUST SO HAPPEN to be so close by is too good to pass up.

I guess it's official. Magic to Mexico.
I started a thread for the June 8th cruise........ Jay and I have talked about it, and he really wants to start to do just "land" trips.....go to an island, or even someplace in the States and stay a week. BUT....he did agree to go to the Mexican Riviera again because it's DISNEY.....and because it's close.

BUT......if something else develops....the Wonder does something special (you never know!) ...... or the majority here has a great alternative, our plans could change.

I really didn't think DCL would move the Magic two summers in a row.........

Look at it this way.....the Magic goes to much better ports. If you go on the Wonder, take the opportunity to take FULL advantage of the ship (maybe not even getting off in Nassau or only for a brief time) It's VERY relaxing to cruise without having planned excursions in every port!

Are you up for Alaska? They only go in the summer. Something about ice and snow in January.

DCL has goofed up everyone's plans!!!!

Alaska would not be my first choice. I guess because I have never gotten to the Eastern Carib. I really want to go while my kids can still enjoy it as a family.
