Well, another trick or treat night finishing up here.....we had ONE kid come. And his mom brought MY KIDS candy! HA! We gave candy to the pizza delivery man (Cappy's) though, so does that count as TWO?

We just finished our Trick or Treating for the night. We had our fire in the driveway.....a big hit with Sharon.

Besides passing out candy I passed out a few drinks to the parents. I think they enjoyed it as much as the kids did.

We just finished our Trick or Treating for the night. We had our fire in the driveway.....a big hit with Sharon.

Besides passing out candy I passed out a few drinks to the parents. I think they enjoyed it as much as the kids did.

We ran out of candy by 7 PM... long before we ran out of tricker treaters... so we turned off the lights, locked up the house, and headed out to the neighbors to socialize. We had a fire in their driveway, too... but they use a real fire bowl, not a water heater pan like you do, Jim.

I still can't figure out why every year I buy 4 bags of candy when every year I have 4 bags minus 4 pieces left.

We only answered the door twice, so we're with you OM. A group of teens, and then the cutie patootie from two doors over. She's only 19 months, and already has a baby sister. I just held out the candy bowl to her and she kept sneaking another piece, so she's got it down already. Ours went with a group of friends from school/dance. She was the oldest, so she says she was being the "adult". She came home with zero candy. How does that work? It's OK, we have plenty.

I just saw on TV that in Europe, they've discovered a way to make your own liver. Honest.

The only two that came to our door in costumes were Jordan and her boyfriend. Jordan and another dance instructor had taken some of the little girls Trick or Treating. But she didn't bring us any!
