When Shutters retrieved my "deleted" pictures and put them on disk, they ended up being all out of order. Does it matter to anyone that my pictures won't be in order???
Also....technical question....I have waaaay too many "fishie" pictures. When I put the pics onto a disk to send to you, how do I skip over some of the fish pictures??

No worries on them being out of order, if you want to try and order them go ahead; the way I do this, order isn't an absolute requirement. For any you want me to skip, you can either not copy them to the cd or, just include a note if you want some pics skipped, if it's one of those bulk copies from the memory card kind of thing.

Well, I'm back at work and trying to catch up on the boards and trip reports. I just finished typing up my trip report in a word document. I'll post my report on the David and Ivan tour as soon as we get our internet back at home. I'd love to do a picture cd exchange, but am afraid that my pictures might be rather boring for the people that weren't on our excursions.

Actually, that's part and parcel of the purpose of the exchange; see some of the adventures others had on the excursions.

Right along with maybe getting some pictures of yourselves taken by others.

What I do will be that easy, all you'll have to do is put the dvd/cd in your computer.

That's a cool pic, make sure to include it in what you send or just email it to Mary.

And one thing to note for non-digital people, You're open to this too; just send me a 2nd set of prints and I'll make them digital.

Thanks, Mark. I'm going to try to make it easier on you. I'll download the program Virgil gave me the link to, or else I'll just "unclick" some choices. I guess it doesn't matter if they're out of order.
When I have 35mm pictures printed and show them to someone, I'm totally berserk about keeping them in order. And of course, Jay will "shuffle" them on purpose!

Pretty cute bunch of kids, huh?? Our boys were really outnumbered, though. I wonder if they minded?? NOT!

Speaking of pictures - how do we get the printed picture to look like the one on the screen? I tried to print the gopher dance and it is a very "dirty" looking blue. In fact all the pics we have been printing off of Sam's card look muddy to me?????

Ok ladies and gents, boys and girls, if we want to to a photo CD swapping thing, here's the easiest method:

Send all of them to me, I'll combine them into a DVD-rom (hopefully one) or cd-roms(if needed), which I'll send back to everyone who sends us one.
Include $5 for materials/shipping etc. with your submission.

While I will be doing some fixing as needed to make all the pics into .jpg format, I will guarantee quality.

Deadline for submissions for the swap by the END OF JUNE.
