OOOOHHHH.....OK. Guess I'm too much of a homeschooling mom. I thought "testing supplies" like some sort of standardized test. Wondered if Mary was going to take the MCAT or something.

And you were down near the last I would have expected that question from, ms. 'I have a whole pharmacy coming with'..

Okay, maybe I am being a little naive and trusting (and that is definately not my normal self) but I am not concerned about leaving my camera bag alone on Castaway Cay while the entire family goes swimming. But Should I just buy and bring a couple disposables for when we go to the beach in Costa Maya? Dont feel quite as comfortable leaving my stuff unattended there whilw we swim. I guess no video on those days. Thoughts?

We actually bring waterproof disposables for all our beach time. My advice is not to just leave a camera bag just laying around, even on CC, without some kind of tether, at least. And especially don't leave anything unattended on a foreign beach.

Ok so another thing I have to pack is my change purse. Quarters for the washers and dryers - did we decide on dimes for LRC?

Yeah, yeah, I hear ya! Although in my defense, I haven't practiced nursing since Nick was about 1....he's 9 1/2 now! My nursing license has been put on inactive status for the last 5 or 6 yrs.
Thank goodness Mike knows how to USE all that stuff in our bag!

We had to test it at the beach today to make sure the bag was worthy for our DIS friends......and it passed with flying colors.

Next week we will try it out at Castaway Cay.....and the cooler will keep a beer cold.

He didn't pack rose petals. We had the REAS package on the 10 day cruise (so I could make the Palo and Spa reservations I wanted) and as a part of that package was rose petals on your bed the night you have Palo reservations. Karen and Mike had reservations the night after we did. Lisa, KT, and Nick had a kids only dinner that night and afterwards, KT & Nick (with our help) decorated their parents bed with the rose petals that we had gotten the night before (no reason to waste them).

She just takes all the fun out of a story.

It's more fun to just let leave out all the boring details.

I'm pretty sure it is $1 each. You usually need two rounds on the dryer - depending on what you are drying.

I guess I'm making a "dent" on getting packed. I've pulled out my clothes & put them on the dining room table. I've also pulled out the girls dinner clothes & put them in the dining room as well. We've been at a friends' house all afternoon. Guess I'll try to go get some more organizing done.

Tues. is the girls' dress rehearsal. I had invited the day care director & her daughter over to have a place to change as they live in the total opposite direction of rehearsal. Now I'm overwhelmed & think I need to cancel on her. There's no way I can have someone over to my house when it's still a disaster & I'm in the midst of trying to get organized!!! Hope she doesn't hate me tomorrow when I call her & tell her not to come. I feel bad but I don't want to be totally stressed. There's just too much going on this week!

Can you just apologize in advance for your house and explain that you're getting ready for vacation?

As a person who lives TOTALLY on the other side of town I'd LOVE to have someone offer me a place to veg for a few hours. I spend a lot of time wasting time between rehearsals and plays and things like that because it's just too far to drive home and then turn around and come back.

YEs I believe we did decide on Dimes for RLC....I brought it to Turks & Caicos last week, we played 1 game of dimes and it quickly went to dollars, then it turned into Texas Hold'em, so RLC went back into the luggage for the rest of the week.

It only keeps a beer cold, well that is not good, I would hope it would keep them all cold.......

We're back from the game. It was fun....D Backs lost, though, to Atlanta 2-1.
I'm told I was on TV and I didn't even know it. Good thing I wasn't wearing a swimsuit!

I packed dimes and quarters. We are all packed. Going to sign off the boards now until after the cruise.
Get my house cleaned and DD out of school after awards ceremony on Tuesday. Then it is relax until we arrive at the Radisson on Friday. Hope to see some of you around the pool.
Everyone have a safe trip. We have had tornados and bad storms for the last 4 days and the weather service said more to come. Stacey and Virgil I do hope you have been practicing waving like all good Royalty does.

I'm back from my pedicure and have a beautiful California Rasberry color on my toes. This is all so new to me as this is only my 2nd pedicure ever (the first was before the Member Cruise last year). So one more thing to check off the cruise list.

Hey Mary - I'm going for my fist ever pedicure tomorrow. I've heard from my friends that once you have one, you could be hooked. Time will tell.
