5/26 & 5/27 (HS: CL 9 and Epcot: CL 10)??

I'm not sure if I've ever been in Disney with a CL 9 or 10 before but seeing Epcot in RED with a CL 10 on 5/27 (on Touring Plans) has me wondering, why the flock to Epcot vs. MK? And what should we expect ride wise and generally walking through Epcot with a CL 10??
