This is Sunday, Saturday is here
We got up this morning and walked back over to Epcot to get the pixar characters we missed yesterday. It is sort of like Pokeman, got to get them all. They really did a nice job on this event weekend.
We got over there about 10 or so, and since we were wanting mill pav and it didn't open until 11, we went over to the playground for 1/2 hour or so.
The kids had a blast there. The air was still cool in the morning, but it was starting to get hotter by the time we left about 10:30.
Here's your host, already beginning to, um, perspire.
MH was checking out the flower and garden festival
H mastered the monkey bars by the time we left. He treated like an obstacle course. I think he was playing "wipe out" in his world.
So about 10:30 we went back to mill pav, not much of a line yet but it was pretty long by 11. When it opened we went to see Boo first. Yesterday we saw needleman and the others because the set changed.
The Incredibles
Russel and Mr. Frederickson
Mater
Back to the next UP set to see Doug. Squirrel!
The kids enjoyed seeing the UP characters because they haven't seen them in a while.
Frozone-
Then they wanted to go see Remy and Emile again. By now it was about 11:45, so we knew the rats would come out for a set at noon. We figured the rat line would be pretty big. So we took off toward France, and got there with only one other family in line for the next set. I made a quick detour with the kids over to the bug's place, and we were the last in line for that set with Slim-
Then we shot back for Remy and Emile again -
That did it for the Pixar's. We weren't really getting in line for the princesses and stuff today, but we saw Repunzle and Flinn across the river. The kids had seen Repunzle before, but we had always missed Flinn so this was a new one for them.
By now it was lunch time, so we went to taco bell. I really thought it was going to raining by now, but it isn't. Very windy though. I was thinking of going to Animal Kingdom tomorrow, I want to have a picnic. Melissa is trying to hint around about just taking it slow and not going to a park. I think the forcast is for storms. We'll see.
