I am having a planning problem due to a boyfriend that likes to sleep in late on vacation and the fact that Wishes is going to be at 7 that day. We really want to get ADR for 6 at CG so we can see Wishes there, and we want to make an ADR for Chef Mickey's that morning at 10:30. That only leaves us about 5 1/2 hours to tour the MK.

We are energetic twenty somethings who have both been to MK many times. We are interested in seeing about 12 attractions (old favorites plus some new things we haven't been on yet).

Is this enough time or should I rearrange my whole schedule?

So long as that trip isn't Thanksgiving weekend it seems doable. Of course crowd sizes get larger around 11am reguardless of the time of year. Personally I'd make the get up early sacrifice, but with a good plan you should be able to do 12 things in 5.5 hours. Start in one area nad fastpass/ride move on to the next etc.

When we went as a 20-something couple in November 2000, that's how we did almost every day. We made early lunch reservations and late-ish dinner reservations and did everything in between. I don't think we probably even needed the 5 1/2 hours to see everything at MK. There were no lines at all. We had four day park hoppers and saw everything we wanted to see and down and had lunch and dinner reservations every day and were really only touring between lunch and dinner.

I'd personally skip CM in this case and just have a quick breakfast and maybe a snack in the park. Just my opinion. :flower:

Thanks for all your input. No, I haven't ever been to Chef Mickey's. I have been to the parks many times but never stayed on site or ate at any of the resort restaurants because I was always staying with my grandparents. So that's why I am driving myself nuts with the planning.

I saw Chef Mickey's on this Food Network thing and my boyfriend loves breakfast buffets (ok any buffet) so that's how we made that plan. Is it stupid since we have no kids and we don't really need to get pictures with the characters?
