Hi! I am checking in to HRH the morning of the 4th of July. I want to make dinner plans that include an incredible view of the fireworks. Any suggestions? The fireworks at both parks start at 10pm. Where would you eat and then view the fireworks?

You can eat at Mythos at IOA and then take a position by the lagoon to watch the fireworks. Another good place is the balcony of the JP Discovery Center. You can eat your burger from the Burger Digs and then sit on the balcony to see the fireworks.

Thank you so much! We just made ressies at Mythos for the 4th! I had to ask for the manager though because the reservation line couldn't book them nor could the girl who answered the mythos phone when the reservationist forwarded me. It shows them that the last reservation is for 5:30 which isn't true. If you run into this trouble trying to make reservations for the 4th of July, ask for the manager!

:bounce: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :bounce: are the fireworks visible from the resorts or only the parks=please elaborate on the universal fireworks display for the 4th as i have not been able to find any info on them--thanks

We were at Universal the past two 4th of Julys. At that time they had simultaneous fireworks going off at IOA, US, and CityWalk. You could see them from the HRH and also from some spots at the RPR. We watched from the back of the Jurassic Park Discovery Center one year and the back of a small restaurant in the Amity section of US the second year. Both were great spots.
