4th of July Fireworks outside the parks

If I want to avoid the 4th of July crowd in the parks, is there a place to go where I can still view the fireworks? I don't think I can go to the resort hotels if I'm not checked in. Will I see fireworks from Disney Springs?

The best place to watch Magic Kingdom fireworks outside the park is, in my opinion, Capt. Cook's outdoor dining area at Polynesian Village. You can visit any resort no matter where you are staying. You won't be able to see fireworks from any of the parks in Disney Springs.
