4th of july - dining

ok here is my issue we were supposed to leave at 4 pm on 4th of july, now we are leaving at 11pm. wish is great and not great at the same time due to planningi scheduled a crt lunch as our big bang to enfd the trip and watch fireworks on the the 3rd from poly beach
now i need to figure out what to do on the 4th and where would be great to have dinner
is there any restaurants that you can see fireworks from other than cali grille they are completely booked
we already have dining booked at about 30 restaurants
what would be a good place to have dinner
we don ot have hoppers and will be using our last ticket to get into mk for our crt lunch

1) Ohana, IF you are lucky enough to get a window seat.
2) But, everyhone else wants a window seat, too.

We are eating at Fort Wilderness on the 3rd of July. Taking the boat to the Contempory and then the monorail to the Poly to watch the fireworks from the beach. Sounds crazy but I know it will be an adventure!
