4th FP+ on ToT at 4pm?

on a day in our sept trip, I am planning am at epcot and then hopping to DHS (pm EMH).
The earliest FEA advanced FP+ I could get was 3:45pm, so I am stuck not being able to book my 4th FP+ (for ToT) til after we use that FEA (the latest of my 3 advanced FP+).

SO: should I give up hope that there will be a ToT FP+ avail at 4pm on a DHS pmEMH night...or are people getting ToT as 4th FP+ late in the day on DHS pmEMH nights?

You can definitely try - but I would not count on it being there at that time. It seems like ToT is a harder one to get bc it is not a Tier 1 - so most people use FP for it bc it is not limited. (Meaning most of the FPs get snatched up)

You may actually have better luck getting a Tier 1 FP+ (TSM, R&RC or GMR) - then just plan on ToT during PM EMH
