4th FP+ in advance?

I saw EasyWDW's Josh post the other day that they are still assigning a 4th advance FP+ through 4/12, no sooner than 2 days before. I have mine set for MK on 4/12, but it still only shows 3. Has anyone had any luck lately getting a 4th to appear? I don't have my hopes up, but it would be nice if it did happen!

I played around with it earlier this week and I couldn't get it to show a 4th one for existing FPs.

We got back on Easter Sunday from a 9 day trip. We had already booked ours and we never got an extra one. Now a friend of mine upgrading her tickets to AP's while there and her daughter who at the time only had only a 3 day ticket because she was ONLY supposed to stay 3 (she got it months before) days but actually ended up staying 4....well when they upgraded hers she had to book her 4th day FP's and she got the 4th.
