Yes, Chip. Just go to user cp> edit profile and you can change your email address there.

I don't think there is a direct link from the boards to the email accts, but you can bookmark it as one of your favorites.

Yes, you can set it up to forward directly to your normal account. Go to the very top right hand corner of the page. Select Options and Styles > forwarding. Easy as pie.
