The wife decided that she needed to get me another Christmass gift. So off she goes to Target.

She gets back and goes into the back room to wrap said gift. Our DD follows her. DD then comes running out yelling "Mommy got you some videos!"

I have looked at Target and know they have no videos that I want. And I know she bought the Lunny Tunes Box set.

That's ok. Last week while in WDW, I kept looking at a Grumpy coffee mug. I wouldn't buy it because I wouldn't spend $15 on a coffee mug. So, later that day, while we were in the big Disney store my wife and I separated. She came back with a bag and yold me not to peek. I wouldn't have.......

She then tells my daughters not to tell me either ( they are 5 ).... later that day while my wife is away from me, and I have the bag in my posession, I am seated with my daughters having a soda. The topic of the gift is brought up by them. They start teasing me that they know what it is and I don't. I tell them I don't want to know. So one of them must have thought she was being sly and taunting me....

She started saying guh, guh, guh, guh..... Like the G in Grumpy... and then says... "It isn't a tea cup"!

That reminds me of one time my dad took my sister with him on some errand. Dad was looking a little guilty when he got home, and was unusually chirpy and talkative. He winked at my sister, who was about 6yo, and she said in a stage whisper, "Don't worry, Daddy, I promise I won't tell Mommy about the policeman or the ticket!" (DOH!)

How about Simpsons - Season 9? Or Hogan's Heroes - Season 5? Invincible? These all came out on Tuesday.

How about Simpsons - Season 9? Or Hogan's Heroes - Season 5? Invincible? These all came out on Tuesday.

Tired of Simpsons, I have seen all of Hogan's Heroes several dozen times. Don't like Invincible. I am also very picky about how our money is spent. I am also very picky about what I will spend my time watching, most of it is waisted on "Spongebob" right now and I would rather watch something good.

When my friend's son was 3 or 4, he went shopping with his dad for his mom's birthday present. He was sworn to secrecy, but had to say something.

So he told her "Mom, we did NOT get you an umbrella."

It was an umbrella.
