I've seen on a couple of ride restrictions that a child must be 44" AND 7 years old. Are they really that strict on the AGE (I know they are on the height and I completely understand that)? My daughter will be 6 when we go (5/6 - 5/13) and won't be turning 7 until July. But she is a daredevil and will probably have a complete meltdown when they turn her away from RnR because she is only 47" with shoes on. So I can't IMAGINE what she'll do when she gets turned away from Dinosaur solely on her AGE since she more than meets the height requirement (is it a maturity thing or what?). I guess we could just say she was 7 if they ask (do they ask????). Thanks to anyone that can give me info on the subject!

Are you sure it's not 7 yrs. old to ride alone??

My daughter @ 6 was never asked her age, everything was based on height.

My son was 4 at the time we went and he is tall for his age and they never questioned his age. Although we didn't ride RnR, he did however ride ToT. And plans to this time too. We leave Monday :cool1: so I will update you when we get back if there was a problem..

I think that the age restriction is to ride alone.

My DD is really tall, and she has been going on all of those rides since she was 4, never being questioned about her age.

Actually, I've never even seen a sign stating age requirements....am I missing it? :confused3

Its the height restriction and 7 years of age to ride alone. Otherwise they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. So unless your dd wants to ride alone she is all set. If she meets the height requirements she can ride with you and or the family. I have taken my dd's to WDW since they were babies and once they met the height - 4, 5 or even 7 they got to ride, with me!

My youngest rode TOT on her 4th birthday but could not sit 2 in a seat on the barnstormer with my older dd until she was 7! I had to sit with them (3 in the seat) or have my older dd sit alone.
