Ive got nothing planned whats an OCVP to do?

Hi All I am hoping yall can help me with some ideas for my best friends 40th bday in Oct. I had started by trying to get a good group of us together to do a weekend cruise but lots had conflicting scheduals or money issues. SOOOO that was a no go.
I basically came up with wine tasting. I figure a bunch of us can go in on the limo so that no one has to drive also its only an hour away for most (its in the same town for me) It wouldnt be as expensive a deal and more could go. We can all eat drink and be merry LOL
But now I need ideas on a theme, I have drawn a blank on what to do for the invite (evite) and thought theme gifts would be cool. My friend for her 30th her husband asked everyone give gifts in 30 #'s, like she liked coffee so someone got her a gift card for startbucks and 30 coffee stirs LOL. etc. Would it be ok if I did something about aging like a fine wine. Then say to bring gifts that are wine associate, bottles of wine cork screws, toppers, etc. I thought the cake could have grapes on it, then I could some how get and make a lable with a baby pic on it for her own personal bottle of wine and either give it to her or find small bottles of wine (like at cost plus to give to the guest? yet that might get expensive for me LOL)
Any suggestions are more then welcome. Thanks. (sorry if this doesnt make sence im exhausted from getting up early to run a garage sale LOL) I think I need some wine now to go to sleep.

It allows gifts from $5 (topper) to $50 or more. In this area you can purchase wine with personalized labels and that is a great "group gift", one that I would collect $$ for and give to her. I would think the wine wouldn't matter much because I would never open it, just use it for home decor
I love the idea of a wine tasting in a limo, I assume that means you are bar-hopping and taste-testing
