40th Anniversary Trip - 30 Days Out - Final Itinerary Ready.....

• We are inside the 30 day window for our first big, post vaccination, trip. We'll be celebrating (albeit a couple months early) our 40th Anniversary. We Honeymooned at the Polynesian way back when, have been Disney semi regulars, and even lived in Orlando and were Annual Passholders for a few years.
• This is our first trip back since NYE 2017/18. We are also combining it with a few days at Universal so mama can have her Harry Potter fix. We usually like to stay at Wilderness Lodge, or on that side of the property. This time we will be Staying at Beach Club, so we can take full advantage of EPCOT and the Food & Wine Festival. We are looking forward to something new.
• It's our hope we are hitting WDW at a full low ebb. Schools will be in session and we'll be there just BEFORE the 50th anniversary festivities begin. We are no park commandos. We like to be in the park but don't rush-rush anything.
• If Genie+ is available, we'll likely take advantage of it. Being only the two of us, it won't be much of a financial hit. Still need to understand the rules of the program, particularly if we can get the the two E-ticket Lightning Lane passes without buying the basic Genie+. If yes, we may just go that route.
• Staying at one of Universal's premium hotels so we'll have unlimited Fast Passes there too. That should make park touring easier. We are not really Halloween Horror Night (HHN) kind of folk so we'll navigate accordingly.

Below is our final itinerary. Those of you with more experience, please opine, comment and critique. We always love input from those with more experience than us.
