With 18 more touchdown passes, Brett Favre will become the most prolific touchdown passer in NFL history. He is now one of only 2 quarterback to ever pass for over 400 touchdowns. GO PACKERS!!!

I don't mean to cause trouble here - only to ask an honest question…

Are folks in Packer-nation really excited about Brett Favre's personal accomplishments at the moment? It seems to me - and a lot of outsiders - that the putrid state of the team is a much bigger issue that adding one more notch to Favre's impressive career.

Yesterday was nice, but you only get to play Detroit twice a year.

Brett Favre is one of the best quarterbacks of all time. But I also have a question. Do you think he's going to play two more years to get those 18 TD's? At the rate the Packers are going it's going to take at least that long.

Favre is averaging 3 TD's a game when playing 1AA teams, and 1.5 TD's a game verses real teams. If the Packers give him the playing time, he'll get the record this season.

Yes, people are excited. Most fans from this area are die-hards, not the fair weather ones you see in most cities.

Make that 1.0 TD's a game verses real teams.

Aaron Rodgers didn't look bad, did he?

I just got off the WISH board and jumped to CB and thought OMG who has lost 402 lbs???????????? And to still have 18 more to go ;)

:rolleyes1 okay carry on

Lately it seems Brett is not the problem. Nobody can catch or hang on to the ball and hes putting it right in there. He's not perfect, but if Driver and Franks had made those catches yesterday we would have won.JMO

:lmao: That's what I thought till I ran my mouse over the thread! :rotfl2:

Even though I'm from WI I really don't have an opinion. I enjoy watching the Packers with DH even if they are losing. I like Brett and I am hoping he does break the record. I just enjoy the game...and it's an added bonus when the Packers win!
