400+ points for rent

Hello This is my first time renting so please bear with me!

I have a total of 468 points in my 2004 year available for rent at $10 per point. They can be used at any DVC property at this point though 11/30 (December is my use year).

I have 250 at SSR, 130 at BCV, and 88 at BWV.

I may be interested in purchasing some points; we are interested in a stay at the BCV in a studio from Oct1 - Oct 4; would also consider BWV studio. According to the points calculator, we would need 58 points for either. Could you let me know if that is possible. I had tried to rent points from someone before who told me that there was no availability on those dates (this was ~ a month ago when I checked; perhaps some availability opened?).
