By the time that my recently SSR contract is up, I will be into my 80's and probably won't mind it all that much. However, I am sure that, at that point, I wouldn't mind giving my points to my kids and grandkids. I am wondering if DVC will simply take the points back and resell them for a pretty high price or offer us some sort of sweetheart deal to extend them another 30 or 40 years. Part of me thinks that the lure of the cash register will be too great and that they will snap up their points from me and resell them at a premium, but the other part thinks that they will make a very attractive deal with me so that they don't have to go through the trouble of cultivating yet another buyer.
