40% pin code

It's been a long time since I've been here, and I was wondering a couple of things:
1. Our last trip, I booked through CAA - the TA didn't know anything about Disney. Can anyone PM me with the name of a good Disney TA?

2. I'm going to try and book a trip this year using the 40% off pin code. If I go ahead and book now, for this fall, is the reservation refundable if I choose to cancel?

1. I highly recommend Christine at Fairytale Dreams & Destinations, she is truly awesome and knows everything about Disney, honestly! I have referred many people to her and they all love her too - she is that good ::yes::

2. Yes, I did just that yesterday morning - she booked a trip for us this September using my 40% pin code. If we need to change/cancel, there is no charge (unless the trip is less than 45 days away (I think it's 45 days), then Disney imposes a penalty).

Actually I've received 2 of the 40% off from them with different numbers, but the dates that I want to take the kids, DH decided he doesnt want to go. *2 weeks for Christmas 2007* was too much for him lol
 

I have been going to Disney for 9 years every year, sometimes twice a year and never received a pin code.

I decided to call this morning to check for the pin code, not really expecting one. Wow! was I suprised, I had a 40% pin code attached to my name. I never received a flyer or email. :cool1:

If you didn't get the email, call anway, you never know.
 
When you call the 407 Wdisney#, which option do you choose to get an actual person to ask about pin codes?
I've never called before, only booked through an agent.

You can either speak to the CM that answers (and hope they know what they're doing and/or are willing to check for you) or you can have your travel agent check. I've done that in the past - of course, it helps to have a wickedly awesome TA :thumbsup2
 
The reservation line is voice automated now, I asked for a new reservation and the cm that answered checked for me.
 
i called a few days ago and they said there wasn't any attached to my name. Now I want to call every day to know if there is anything! Ugh.
