Where do you phone to see if there is a pin code attached to your name?
As far as I know you just call the Disney Reservations line and when you get a CM then you ask them to check. From what I have read some of them are very helpful when it comes to this and others just tell you if you don't have a code in the mail (snail or email) then there is nothing they can do for you. When I called to book my current trip I had a great CM...I had the 40% pin but he even checked to see if there was anything else available that would be better than the pin or that could be used in conjuction with the pin!
I called today and I am pissed off. They told me that they are not allowed to check anymore.
