40% off rate code?

Hey all. I came home and checked the mail. We got a Disney flyer with 40% of certain dates. Since we never got one of these before, what does it all mean? It has certain dates and we are flexible for our vacation. Is it 40% off all the resorts (as long as the rooms aren't booked)? Do they include villas in the discounting?

Can I just call up the reps and start asking about dates and rates to grab the cheapest/best time? Or should I have firm dates in place and then make the call? We were planning on going sometime in fall. Either Oct. or early Dec.

Sorry, just never got one of these before, so I have to ask. 40% off seems to good to be true!

Well, called today and got a rate of $4495 for 8 days at a 2 bedroom villa at Old Key West, 2 adult, 1 child 8 nights hopper and meal plan. Didn't seem bad bad, so put a deposit on it. We'll be splitting it with the in-laws. Seemed comparable to staying at a deluxe and getting 2 rooms for 8 nights.

Ohyes. We booked from Dec 7-15th. Such a long way off

Me too! We got the code and used it to stay at the Poly end of October!!!!
Can't wait!
(last time I stayed at the Poly I was 12 and it was $65 a night!!!!!!!)
