40 extra points - need advise on using them!

I have tried to give these points away twice, once to a relative and once in a raffle (charity made $1500), but I still can't get rid of them!

Rather than rent them, I would like to use them myself - perhaps for night somewhere local...

So what would you do, if you had 40 extra OKW points to be used by 1/31/05 and lived in New Jersey??

That's $37.50 a point. Just to rent for one year, not selling, right?

The raffles were $5.00 per ticket - many people bought chances to win the 40 points.

You could consider donating the points to a charity like Give Kids The World (http://www.gktw.org/). I've seen several posts on this board with report from people who have done just that.

As I understand the process, you contact GKTW and they will request that you make a reservation in the name of a needy family that is scheduled to visit WDW. You are then able to deduct the Rack Rate of the room from your taxes as a Charitable Donation.
