My DS & DD and their respective girlfriend and boyfriend just returned from their Christmas gift trip to WDW. They had a fabulous time and got along great, which was a relief to me and DH! I thought some of you might be interested in their opinions, if you are of a similar age. They are 18,19,21, and 22 (the 19 & 21 year olds were first-timers, my kids have been about 5 times).

They absolutely LOVED the Wishes fireworks and Mickey's PhilharMagic! I mean, see them over and over, LOVED!! No spoilers, but all 4 said these are unbelievably great!!

All 4 thought Soarin was good, but not great. They thought it would have been better to sit front row, was too short, and not worthy of a repeat visit.

Surprisingly, all 4 HATED the new stunt show at MGM!! They said it was lame...

Not surprisingly, Cinderelllabration was deemed boring, but the girls did love the costuming (I figured they were a little old for this).

DD's boyfriend actually liked the Beverly at Ice Station Cool!! :confused3

And they all LOVED the Adventurer's Club at Pleasure Island!!!!

Any questions, I'll be glad to ask them... :flower:

I was not impressed with the new stunt show, either. It was fun but I probably won't go out of my way to see it again.

Sounds like the young people had a great time, thanks for the review.

my brother, his girlfriend, my dh and i liked the stunt show (ages 23, 27, 28, and 27) my brother is a mechanic and he liked the show. he thought that it was interesting on the way that the did things.

we LOVED soaring :cheer2: :cheer2: . we went on it a few times, and can't wait to do it again. dh and i had fastpasses the first time we went on it, and only waited about 5 minutes or so. the next time we were with my brother, and we ended up waiting about 80 minutes or so in the stand-by lane. don't think i would wait that long again though.

i thought that it was a great ride. twice we were in the second row, and once in the front row in the middle - same feeling from both except that in front row we didn't have the feet dangling in front of us. it would have made the ride even better if they could have added a few things like cold in the snowy parts, and heat in the mountainous parts. but all-in-all it was a great ride.

thanks for the review.
