4 Trips + 1 Premier AP = Priceless Memories ~ WDW Plans posted!

I was way behind. :guilty: Carland looks amazing in both the daylight and at night! You two are much braver than I am. There's no way that I could go on Screamin' and Mickey's Fun Wheel.

The kids look like they were really enjoying their dance performance. I bet they were thinking "I can't believe that I'm performing in Disneyland!". :cool1:

:wave2: Lisa...thanks for stopping by! you really feel immersed in the movie, I think night time was better....we are hoping to hit the timing right next week and see all the lights come on just like they do in the movie!
Screamin' isn't that bad...only the one big loop, no corkscrews and the fun wheel also has stationary cars so you don't swing!
the kids had a blast....funny enough they did say that, especially the younger ones!

Another fun vacation and more friends to meet. Yay!

:thumbsup2

Great report! Can't wait to see Carsland...I keep trying to figure out when I can squeeze a trip out west.

thanks Jill! fall is a nice time to go to CA...see the Halloween decorations!

Looks like y'all had an awesome time!

Can't believe you rode "Mickey's Wheel of Death" on the swinging cars :scared1: How was it? Rachel and I have always been to scared to try even though we love roller coasters.

Love the dance pics :lovestruc Looks like the kiddos had an amazing time!

Lisa, Thanks for sharing all the wonderful pictures from your trip! Love the Carsland day and night pictures! Looks like the children all had a great time performing their routines. All their hard work and practice paid off...a trip to DL and CA! I really sympathized about your tired feet! Hope your new shoes will work out better on your upcoming trip so you won't get any blisters! So glad that Kris and family were able to join you and Megan during your time there. Seems like Steven really encouraged Megan to try a few rides that he wanted to go on. Love TOT there! When you ride it at DH, you will notice the difference from the one in CA.

I second that ! We were there in October and it was perfect.
October is a great month to go!

Love thos pics! :)

Thanks :)

Thanks guys...I have a significant birthday in October so maybe I will celebrate in DL. :)

Jill in CO

an even better reason to go then :thumbsup2
I will be celebrating my 50th in WDW in Nov :cool1:

:wave2: Cheryl, thanks for stopping by! we actually like the swinging cars :rotfl2: and usually do those over the stationary ones! it is a bit weird when it swings you out over the edge of the wheel, suggest you don't go on a full stomach!

thanks Gail, happy you enjoyed them! the kids work hard on their routines, but they have fun too...happy its a performance team, not a completion team!
new shoes are so comfy been wearing them everyday, so far so good!
I was happy to could come too, it was originally just going to be one day, but thanks to so many people from their FB and the extra pixie dust it turned into a wonderful weekend trip for them too!
Steven was happy to encourage Megan to go on the new rides, so he could ride them too!
I think the queue at DHS is different isn't it? we will be going on it for sure!

You got some great pictures in CarsLand and on Radiator Springs Racers! I have to agree though, it looks even more amazing at night!!!

So glad you talked yourself into ToT......and enjoyed it! Looks like you had a great time on California Screamin' and nice job on TSMM!!! :thumbsup2

Looks like (if you can tell from still pictures) the dance team did a great job! Even in still pictures you could tell they looked like they were having so much fun! :cool1:

Great pictures!! Looks like they had a great time dancing!!! That's a memory Megan will always have saying she got to dance in Dsineyland!! Can't believe you've never rode TOT!! It's a favorite of Jeremy's!! But then again anything that goes fast is a favorite of his!!

I can't believe I'll get to start seeing it all again on Saturday!!!! We're leaving around noon on Friday after the kids get out of school and Jeff get's home from work!! Van will be packed so all I have to do is throw the kids in and off we go!!!

If you're going to start packing on Sunday I should have started packing last week!!! But I will say I'm ahead of where I normally am so that's a good thing!! Just have to pack the kids a blanket and couple stuffed animals Friday morning, the cooler with some food, last minute bathroom items, Sarah's princess dresses and I think we'll be good to go!!

I hope to get the video from the mom that did the entire show sometime soon so I can post it here! they did a great job!

Thanks Sandra! they were so excited to get on that stage!
nope never been on ToT, Jim always did those types of rides while Megan and I did other things, never wanted to do them on my own :scared: going to try Indiana Jones ride hopefully next week too! then we will have ridden everything at DL and DCA!

hope you have a wonderful trip together! drive safe! I'm a little OCD when it comes to planning/packing so usually get it done early!
can't wait to hear what Sarah thinks of Fantasy Faire!

*************

not to much going on today, going to scrap some more pages, need to call my condo maint people....garage roof is leaking AGAIN! and update my tax stuff with new items I got yesterday, meeting CPA on Monday to get those started!
Megan has another choir event tonight at school and looking forward to a 3 day weekend! no school tomorrow :cheer2: need to go get a new battery for my cell phone, not keeping a charge throughout the day :confused3 not even 9 months old! and Megan is due for an free upgrade on her phone so thinking of surprising her with a new one tomorrow also!

hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Okay, finally back and caught up.

Radiator Springs looks so neat (I really hope that is what they are doing at the Studios in DW); I love the photopass pictures of RS too.

Megan looks absolutely wonderful in her costume, and I loved all the dance pictures. :goodvibes

I think I'll let you and Megan keep California Screamin for yourselves...not for me. Nope!

The nighttime photos sure are great.

I am SO happy that you and Megan loved my all-time favorite ride in all of Disney--TOT. Isn't it awesome? Megan's face in the first picture looked like she wasn't so sure, but picture number two you can tell she really enjoyed it!

:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2: for single digits.

Wow, I come back to LOTS of pictures. I was very impressed with how well themed RSR's queue was! :thumbsup2 Carsland in general just looks amazing, I hope I get to see it someday...either at DCA or if it comes here.

I hope you can get a video of Megan's performance up, I'd love to see it. :goodvibes I liked their costumes, very sparkly!

Good job conquering new rides! :cheer2: I'm glad you both wound up enjoying Tower of Terror. There is no way I could do ToT, PotC in WDW does a number on my stomach. :crazy2: I can't even ride the one in Disneyland...pathetic I know. :rotfl:

Hope Megan's thumb feels better in time for the trip!! :flower3:

hope they add RSP too! DHS needs more rides! speaking of which we will have to plan to ride ToT together in December :cool1: you're right on the photos, she was still pretty nervous about riding it...
CA screamin' is really smooth riding...thinks is similar to RnRC in DHS except its outside....we might try that in dec too!
I think all parks look so much more magical at night with all the lights!

hope you can see Carsland too Meredith!

needs sparkles when your dancing diva's! sorry you can't ride the drop rides...actually PoTC has two drops in DL and IMHO a much better ride overall!

her thumb is getting there...not so worried about her still wearing her brace at the parks...might be a good idea to have it anyways to protect it!

We love Indy!!! Before the refurb it seemed like every time my DH would go to get on it would break down on him so he'd either have to wait to get off till they got them to the station (he was always about 2 cars away from it, with it stopping numerous times through out the whole ride) or would be just getting ready to get on. He didn't have that problem over New Year's though so he really enjoyed the ride like your supposed to. The funny thing too is we do single rider since the kids are too short so I'd always go first then he'd go and I wouldn't have problems and he would. :rotfl2:

I hate packing so I always tend to put it off until the last minute so I'm proud of myself with everything I have done already. :cool1: Thank you!! We're leaving around 12:30 tomorrow!! Will be in the park on Saturday!!! I'll be sure to take lots of pictures and let you know what Sarah thought of Fantasy Faire. Oh and I also read something about the new show starting on the 25th so we'll have to make sure we check that out!!!
