4 people staying in studio @ OKW can we request a cot?

we will have 4 people in the OKW studio - girls getaway trip! NO HUSBANDS or KIDS ALLOWED! Anyway, even though there are 2 queen beds, can we request a cot? one of the girls is pregnant and we'd like her to have a bed to herself. Just wondering if they'd provide a cot.

Sorry, AFAIK none of the Disney resorts have cots including the DVC resorts.

I don't know about DVC, but other resorts have cots available. I stayed at Coronado Springs over New Year's this year with a couple of friends, and even though there were only three of us, we each like our own beds. When we arrived in the room, I called the front desk and they sent a folding bed right up to the room for our three night stay. I think it was an additional $15 per night. A small price to pay for my own personal space

We found out a month before our trip to OKW last March that my sister was pregnant, and we did not want her sleeping with my daughter or her son(both are "thrashers"). When I called MS, all they could do was put me on a waitlist for a 2-bedroom, which still had not come through 7 days out. I started calling every day, and the day before we left we got lucky(on a Friday, at 3 pm no less!). I would think that with 4 girls, of any age, a 2nd bathroom would be nice.

Our boys are all over six feet, so when we are in a similar situation, we pack our air mattress. You can get sheets, pillows, and blankets from housekeeping. The room will be a little more crowded (we had our air mattress in an OKW studio last summer), but since a good night's sleep is paramount, a little less space is a small price to pay.

Even at BW where the apparently have roll aways, they do not allow them on the DVC side.

I hate to have to agree, but no cots or rollaway beds at the DVC resorts. I tried to get one because although we are a family of 3, my teenage children are a boy & a girl. Even though we are always under the room limit at any size DVC unit we can not get a cot, I have been told they do not have them in the DVC units, period. So, I sleep with DD (who is a kicker, thrasher, etc) and DS gets a bed or the sofa bed all to himself. We could always get a 2 BR but that seems like a huge waste of points and space for just 3 people.

We did manage to get a roll away at BWV for a $15 a night charge but no such luck at OKW. I always take a single air bed or buy one at WalMart down the road if we need the extra space when taking teens who don't want to share a bed. Last one cost $12 and we blew it up with the hair dryer

We had a similar situation with out first trip to BWV. We purchased an Aerobed and had it shipped to the resort before we arrived, and then shipped it home when we were done. The Aerobed is more expensive and heavier than the standard air mattress, but it was VERY comfortable.

We are opting for a two=bedroom now....in our situation, we really felt that two bathrooms for four adults is a must!
