Maybe, it depends. What day, what time, and how busy/full they are.

I'd scour that time slot for another party of 2. I've "heard" on here that if you show up with extra guests 1 of 3 possible outcomes may happen:

1.) You will get a table.
2.) You will have to wait (1-3 hours) for a table.
3.) You will only get a table for the original party and the others will be turned away.

My niece was added to our plans two days ago. I had a reservation at BOG on 9/20 at 8:50 for 8. Now we are nine. I booked a table at Liberty Tree tavern in the meantime just in case she can't get in, as BOG is in high demand right now. We also have to add her to 1900 PF and Ohana's. I have booked other dining options for her (and whoever wants to go with her) just to make sure she has somewhere to go if they don't let us "add one." I'm wishing for pixie dust for both of us! GOOD LUCK! pixiedust:

I'd have to say no. You put down 2, that's what they'll have seats for. Is this a lunch or dinner?

If it's a FP+ lunch, then you'd probably have to retry the FP+'s to accomodate the 4.

If it's a dining reservation for dinner, you may want to contact Disney and see what they can do for you.

Be Our Guest is very, VERY popular and with how scarce any reservations are for ANY time at the moment, you're more than likely not going to have any lucky changing (hopefully you do), but you'll probably be told to cancel and retry, so good luck!

call disney dining, I was easily able to add my sister and BIL after my reservations were booked. Only one TS had issues and I kept trying and eventually something opened up. I wouldn't just show up with more people.

I would say no. Not likely, slim chance. They are already booking to capacity... I don't see anyway for it to happen, but weirder things have happened so IDK... :confused3

You may want to be careful with having two places booked just in case she can't get in because Disney does have that policy now where if you don't give a 24 hour cancellation notice they will charge you a $10.00 no show fee for each party that does not show up. I wouldn't want you to get charged for not showing up. In the case that they are able to let her in the restaurant of your choice with you guys I don't see how you would be able to give the proper notice to cancel and avoid the fee. :confused3

My plan is to keep trying to get a table for two close to the time we have the table for 8. f I don't get one before 24 hours, we will just send her to the second location. That 24 hour cancellation policy is not handy. :) thanks for reminding me!

Not a problem, I just didn't know if you knew about it or not and wanted to warn you, lol. But sometimes if you show up with an extra party they could still accommodate you but I wouldn't want to risk either that she has no where else to go in case they can't. I've had to split my party of 8 up into 2 sets of 4s because I haven't been able to find very much for a party of 8. Enjoy your trip and hopefully it works out okay :goodvibes

i would not risk it.
either try to fix it online or call the dining number and explain the situation. disney will try to accommodate you but you have to give them the chance to do it and not just show up with extra people.

I can always count in disboards to keep me honest! Thanks again. :-)

I don't think they ever book to actual capactiy. The last 2 times I have eaten at BOG for dinner, the one dining room NEVER had anyone seated in at least half of it, probably closer to 2/3 of it. It may be 'capacity' as to what food they can actually put out, but as far as number of guests, I don't think they really book to occupancy capacity.

I am in the same situation. My granddaughter was added to my trip a few days ago. I have had reservations made for months including BOG. I called and they could not add her. I'm going to keep my reservations and keep trying to find one for 3 instead of two. If worst comes to worst we will go at our reservation time and I'll let the two girls eat there (they are both 12 and more than mature enough to handle dinner on their own) and I'll eat elsewhere while they have their dinner.

I'd say it is going to be difficult only because a ressie for 2 means you'll be seated at a 2 top table. If you were going from 3 to 4, that would be easier because you'd already be seated at a 4 top p. It isn't impossible but being that it is already hard to get in BOG for dinner, expect for it to not happen so you won't be disappointed. Good luck! :wave2:
