4 parks in one day

Hello another Disney obsessed momma here. We are doing Disney cruise late August. I am finding it unbearable to come to orlando and not visit Disney! With that said also trying to keep costs down and be mindful that we visited MK HS and EP last year. Our daughter who is a thrill seeker was under 48 inches then. Now she is above and wants to do all thrill rides. So what would be the order and how should we do it?
MK the goal would be seven dwarf ride, hopefully other thrill rides too
HS rock roll, maybe tower and toy story
Etc
Any advice?
Also may *** water park to make it two days, can't decide, googling like crazy and working more to try and afford it. Thank you;-)

If it is just thrill rides you seek and want all 4 parks in one day you can try this

START
AK at Rope Drop go directly to Expedition Everest no FP needed first thing in the morning.
MK as long as you are able to book your FP's in advance do the following
SDMT, BTM, SM
EP you can now snag more FP's start with
TT, then MS
HS Start FP RnRC then go to ToT

That is really tight and alot of travel and alot of running to and from attractions, you definately need to start first thing in the morning and make use of the FP+
