4 Parks + 5 Staples in the Baby's Head = 9 Magical Days!! (9/17 The Last Hurrah!)

What a wonderful update really looked forward to it. My huband has been very sick in the hospital and diagnosed with a pretty serious disease (we can use all the prayers we can get) anyways I've been missing the boards! Sorry I missed all the pics in the castle but hopefully I'l see them soon enough. Looking forward to reading more.:)

I hope your DH is doing better and will be all right.
As for the pics, my bandwidth should reset next week so you can revisit the castle segements then!
But for now, I plan to continue posting with the new account.
I hope to get another segment up this weekend.

Lovin the TR!!:thumbsup2 Had a few questions... Where is the spot that you ate at near the Flame Tree BBQ? We would like to try it on our May trip. Also, were you seated with another family at the Biergarten?

Your TR made me make a ressie for my girls at the BBB before our lunch at CRT. Your DD just looked adorable!!:cutie:

If you walk down the path behind Flame Tree, you get to a seating area.
However, if you walk further down the path, you can take it all the way to the water.

As for Biergarden, we were seated alone but soon after a group of two joined us.
The longer tables lend themselves to dining in groups.
If the groups are smaller, they will combine.

And you'll definitely enjoy the BBB! It was a highlight of the trip!

You had told me earlier how you had pre purchased the photo CD and got the photo book for something like an additional $60? Anyway, was this a promotional thing, or can you still do it? I want to pre order the CD and do the photobook thing, but I don't see on the site where to do that. Did you have to enter a code or anything? Maybe I am just overlooking it. I think they just redid the site.:confused3

I knew there was an 11:15 showing of Storytime with Belle at the Fairytale Garden and the theatre was very small so we had to hurry.
But, of course, we had to stop at the restrooms.
Mom even changed DD again (luckily, that meant just pulling off her costume as her morning clothes were underneath).
We finally got to the show expecting to find Belle posing beforehand for some pictures.
Instead we ran right into Lady Tremaine along with Druscilla and Anastasia!
DD was frightened and wanted no part of them.
But DS and I were decked out in our pirates shirts, so we’d make a fine couple!
Too bad the lighting was tough for a nice shot…

Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters definitely lived up to their billing. I’ve heard they put on a good show and they did.
From making teenaged boys pose with them and promise to marry the sisters to scoffing at the princesses to hurrying everyone along to stay on-time.
They were perfectly in character including their abrupt departure once the line was finished and Anastasia almost falling over as they left.

At this point Mom left to go grab a drink from Cosmic Ray’s across the way.
She returned right as Belle walked through the gate with her head in her book.

She was dressed in her country attire and seemed quite surprised that people had showed up since she was so engrossed in her book.

She then proceeded to tell the story of Beauty and the Beast with some CM helpers as well as audience participation.

And they even brought out the infamous rose (although my picture isn’t very good):

It was a nice story and the audience had fun – they even got a Dad to play the Beast.
It was nice and shady and Mom’s drink and snacks hit the spot – especially after waiting on line at the Grotto in the sun.

When the story ended, we packed up, visited the restrooms once again, and headed around the corner for a spot of tea.
Won’t you join us?

What a charming little diversion for a time to sit and rest! And what a beautiful little shady spot; of course themed so very perfectly. I just got my set of 3 Imagineers Park Books! I am so soaking everything in! The lengths Disney goes through to make the story believable is just uncanny!

Anyway, our favorite characters were the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine as well. I have a fantastic picture of them at one of their meet and greets by the castle with one of them sticking her tongue out as she signed someone's book. Cracks me up everytime I see it. They always seem to be so perfectly in character.

Yes, I'll join you for a spot of tea. Where are we going?? Oh, I think I have it....

I definitely am going to add in storytime with Belle to my itinerary. Was it crowded? How far ahead of time did you have to get there? Thanks for the link to preorder the photopass CD. I got mine ordered:cool1:

It's a rather small area but they try to fit everyone in.
I've heard to get there early (about 15 minutes or so) to take pictures with the characters.
We were there about 11:05 for an 11:15 show and had our choice of seats.
But people were walking up close to start time and just stood in the back once the benches were full.
It only last about 15-20 minutes but it's a cute little alcove and a place to rest.
And many people just pass it by or aren't aware of it.

Mom mad a great call grabbing us some snack so it was a well-placed break for us.
It could be an extra treat if your child (or Dad) gets picked for the story.
And Belle is very much in character but didn't stay after for pictures.
It was definitely worth a little diversion from the hustle and bustle of the park.

Story time looks fun and like a nice place to rest! I am hoping to do that in June. DD will love it!

After a restroom break, we headed back towards Fantasyland.
Awaiting our arrival were several larger-than-life cups of tea all set up for an UN-Birthday Party!!!
Disney2008966.jpg

Mom was giggly by this point as this is her favorite ride in all of DisneyWorld.
So we had to get a picture of her with the troops.
Disney2008967.jpg

We all clamored into a teacup (chosen by DD) after a short wait and the kids were excited.
Mom’s giggliness was definitely contagious
Disney2008956a.jpg

Mom was literally bouncing :ccat: with anticipation.
My WDW tradition is to always get a picture of her on the teacups.
She never grasps how happy she looks on this ride and, since I can’t explain it, I love to try and capture it:
Disney2008959b.jpg

DD and DS had a blast spinning as I pulled as hard as I could on the center wheel to spin us.
Disney2008962.jpg

X, on the other hand, wasn’t having such a good time so I had to slow us down a bit towards the end.
As we exited, I don’t think any of us could walk a straight line. :faint:
I can only imagine how that Doormouse feels in that spinning teapot!!
Disney2008955.jpg

Maybe some “hunny” will set us right.
I see some pots big enough for us to climb right into off in the distance...
Come along!

oh my the teacups is your wifes favorite ride , she is one brave woman. i avoid that one like the plague

That is a great picture of your wife!! What kind of camera do you have? I am looking for a good one to take on our trip. I can't believe how focused your wife's face is with the background spinning. Your kids are so absolutely adorable. I love the picture of your DD and DS cracking up while they were spinning. You captured the moment.

Thanks for the kind words and I love that pic of my wife too!
It definitely captures the moment.
I have a Canon SD1100IS Digital Elph camera and I love it!
It's just a point and shoot basically but it takes great shots!

YEAH!!!!
My first account reset and the older pictures are back!!
I'll try to maintain both account now so we don't have this problem again!
And to those of you who joined recently, have fun checking out the older pics!

That was a lovely spot of tea, thank you! I can almost hear Mom Cappell giggling even now, as she spins and twirls. Love it!

I'll tag along, as long as you can promise the Heffalumps and Woozles won't get us!

No promises... ;)

To the Capell family... Thank you for sharing your beautiful family and wonderful vacation with us. I have sat here all day laughing, crying, and rooting right along with you all!!!!!!!!!! Simply the BEST!!!!!!! What wonderful parents you both are. Your family is just so beautiful!!!! Thanks again and I can't wait to continue on in your journey with you. I'm also feeling like "our" vacation is coming to an end and I'm getting sad. Thank you so much again!

Spring Break is approaching and we're heading to Boyton Beach to visit the grandparents.
Well, since we're driving down, Mom suggested we make a slight DETOUR to Orlando on the way home!!
Who could resist THAT!?!?!
So we plan to drive up on Friday (April 10) and hang out in Downtown Disney (already have a ressie for T-REX again).
Saturday we will hit EPCOT for Soarin', Flower & Garden Festival and the new Kim Possible Adventure.
Sunday we can resume our drive home after breakfast.
And I promise to take LOTS of pics and will start that trip report right after this one!!!
We've already planned a new resort and all new restaurants to try out!!!
I'm just worried about the Spring Break crowds as we always travel "off-season" so it will be a new experience...
As for this trip report, I will BOUNCE right to it and should have an update tonite! :tigger:
