I am planning to try the 4 Park challange (at least 3 rides in each park with one headliner) on my upcoming September trip. We have an evening ADR at O'hana (I've been wanting to eat there for years) at 7 pm. I am an early riser and don't mind doing things by myself. I am also a theme park commando and my wife and daughter think I am mental. Here is my tentative schedule and wondered if fellow DISers think this is possible:

8 am AK (Extra Magic Morning): Kilamanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest, It's Tough to Be a Bug (unfortunately Dinosaur is in rehab). Hope to do this in an hour. Will ride early bus from PO-R

9:15 to 9:30 Leave AK for DHS. I currently have FP+ for Rock and Roller Coaster @ 9:55 and Star Tours @ 10:55 Plan on doing these two and Hollywood ToT and be finished by 11:30 Get a FP for something at Epcot (would like Test Track but not sure I'll get one, if not I'll do single rider line and get a FP for MK). Take boat and/or walk to Epcot. Plan on being at Epcot around

12:30 or 12:45: Three Caballeros, Test Track (FP or single rider line), Seas with Nemo and Friends or Journey into Imagination (depending on wait time) Eat a quick lunch somewhere in Epcot. Get a FP+ for Space or Splash Mountain. Hope to leave Epcot by 1:45 and 2:00

2:00 Ride monorail to MK. Ride Space or Splash with FP and ride two other rides with short wait times. Kill time until heading to Poly to meet wife and daughter at O'hana.

Easy WDW has crowds at a "3"

Touring Plans has crowds at a "3"

Kenny the Pirate has "Very light crowds"

Do you think this is an intelligent scheduling of FP+ or do I need to change something? Does this sound reasonable or is it going to take me longer? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I did this last year started at Ak went to HS had FP there then EPCOT and finally MK. I think I got to MK just after the 3 pm parade ended

It is do able but may take a little longer then you think

8am at AK, you're referring to Extra Magic Hours and not Extra Magic Morning.

AK: you won't get all that done in 1 hour. You'll enter at 8 and have to walk to the back of the park. Safari is roughly 30 min, could be longer if an animal sits in the road. I'd see you leaving the park about 9:45/10am

HS I think is doable. The thing you'll need is tot to have a low wait. It'll throw a wrench if it says it's a 30+ min wait

Epcot, this park to I don't see you getting out in an hour. Ideally you get the FP for test track but they'll likely all be gone. I'd anticipate the wait to be about 50 min regular/30 single rider. Then for lunch I'd assume you're just grabbing something like egg rolls or fish and chips then leaving.

MK seems doable

Verdict: aside from maybe pushing your times back a little for leaving the parks, I think it's definitely doable because you're not hitting many headliners. The good thing is all the low wait time rides you want to do, that makes it a lot easier

As soon as you enter the park, check the wait time at Star Tours and ride it if it's less than 10 minutes. Cancel your ST FP. As soon as you tap the FP tapstile at RnRC, go on the app and search and book 2 FPs at Epcot. This will complete your initial 3 FPs.

For your 4th FP and beyond, search for FPs for the next park as soon as you tap the tapstile. Don't wait until the ride is finished.

I was wondering about that at Star Tours. Will I bee able to get two Epcot Fps since I would have only used one?

Your morning definitely sounds almost identical to what I hope to do as well at AK, except we have FPs set up for EE and Kali as well with hopes of saving the last of the initial FPs for DHS. We're also going in Sept and hitting AK on an AM EMH day, head straight to the Safari, come off, maybe do EE once by 9am. I figured it would take some time to walk back to it as a PP stated, then assumed 30-40 mins for the Safari itself. Hoping if we can knock out those two by 9, then some food, Kali and possibly It's tough to be a Bug (again, like you said Dinosaur is in refurb UGH) by 10:30-11 and off to DHS with one FP hopefully for a Tier 1 there. Would love to try to knock out 4 parks in one day like you, esp. since we have two adults, so you'd think it would be very much possible, but who knows, may be we will give it a shot in September as well since most nights we don't have a dinner ADR until 7:30-8.
