4 digit PIN reset?

How do I reset the 4 digit pin for magic bands? I leave in 7 days and forgot it. I just called and was told I can reset at front desk upon arrival. I want to avoid this an use online checkin. Any suggestions?

I dont think you have to know your old pin if you log in under your MDE.

Tried it (on my iPad) and it would not work. Called Disney - you must look into a computer (not ipad) to change the PIN.

It worked on my home PC. Leave in 6 days.

Good to know you got it to work. System can be glitchy on stuff sometimes PC Vs phone vs ipad. I do all my stuff on my clunky laptop but even then it isnt a guarantee.
