We booked out dining reservations for the 3 of us before I was sure my other daughter would be able to go. I have since been able to change most of my dining reservations to 4 with the exception of a couple. My question is would they allow 4 people in for a reservation for 3. In the past when 3 of us have gone, we have always been at a table for 4.

Thanks.

I personally haven't had any problems with this situation. I've had to do it a few times before, but your best bet would probably be to call the wdw dine line and see if they can change them for you rather than trying to change it online. (407) 939-1947 is the number to call according to Disney.com :thumbsup2 hope this helps

It depends on the location and how busy/full the restaurant already is. In most cases, you'll probably be fine because a party of three would be seated at a four-top. However, there are a few locations that have tables specifically for parties of three (e.g., Boma, 'Ohana, etc.), so at those venues it's not necessarily as clear cut. Likewise, if, on the very rare chance, the restaurant is at the fire capacity code limit, then the fourth person would be turned away. The short answer is, in most cases you'll probably be fine, but it's best to have a back-up plan in mind.
