I'm so sorry of your pain.....I do understand it but it does really lessen over the years. It's always there but a little bit duller each year. To me, my first birthday without my Mom was my absolute worst. I got through it somehow, as you will.

My BIL was on ativan. It was prescribed to him for depression. He said that the only side effect was fatigue but after a couple of weeks he got past that. It really seemed to help with his depression.
