4/3 or BB Free Dinning question

Someone in our family booked the Bounce Back Free Dinning offer while at WDW and when they checked the 4/3 offer,the bounce back was several hundred dollars cheaper (moderate,3 adults and 1 child).Has anyone else found the 4/3 not so good of a deal for people who had already booked free dinning?

There will never be a better discount deal for our family of 6 than free dining. We got the Disney Visa free dining code for this December and it is saving us $1,600.00. If we book a trip for the first of May next year the "book 4, get 3 free" deal would save us maybe $500.00, which is still a great savings, but it can't touch the savings we get with a free dining code.

Yeah I would have to agree. We are a family of 7 plus a friend so 8 total. The deal we got for 4 nites/3 free was saving us money and giving us the chance to stay moderate instead of value again but I also got a code for free dinning for the same time of the year and would have been saving me a little over $1,200.
We aren't sure what we are doing right now, vacation wise. Things are very scary at the moment but Free dinning is always a great deal when you have a large family and especially teenagers who are never satified!

I think the more going the greater the discount with the FD especially with a Value resort. With the 4 get 7 the more costly hotels are more of a bargain especially with the 200 gift card!!

The BB offer was definitely better for our family of 4 because we got a 30% discount @ OKW in addition to free DDP.
