4/3 deal, why no difference in price, during off-peak

Just went online: If DH and I go to WDW, POR, March 4-10, the package will cost $1346 (and get $200 gift card).

I then checked cost for going to POR during value season, 4/8-14, the price came out to be the same, $1346, plus you don't get gift card.

Am I missing something? I thought rooms were cheaper during April? Is it because it's a package?

Peak Season is 2/16-4/3 this year, Easter season is 4/4-4/18 and regular season resumes on 4/19.

4/5-4/18 are blacked out from the promotion.

Actually it's not blacked out. I know the disney site indicates it is, but you can book during those dates both online and on the phone.
