Packing...hmmm...it's probably a half and half. He starts out on his own then I step in to make sure he has everything or the right stuff. He's fairly good on his own but does tend to forget things.

Defintely better today. Think the outside will do us some good today. May let Tori run through the sprinkler...supposed to be 86 here today! Does double duty in watering the lawn too! I'll be the one in the chair reading a book, not running through the water!

11:00 and I just finished breakfast. Too many phone calls this morning.....but I must say they were very nice, fun calls!! Trish, sorry I missed yours last night! I left the cell phone in the car!! Couldn't find it this morning and then realized that I never brought it in yesterday. Had to get Tori and her "stuff" out of the car but she wanted to carry it all into the house. Little Miss "I Want To Do It"! So, totally forgot the phone in the drink holder! Can't believe that one! I'll call you later! Sorry!

I need to go get in the shower now. The life of a SAHM....aaaahhhh.... but now I'm behind on my daily schedule for today! Packing and cruise stuff! You know, same stuff as you guys!

Were there any other corrections or additions to the stateroom map before I do the update on the yahoo site? I'll wait until 2:00 my time before I upload. Let me know!

So yesterday I am walking along the sidewalk and trip over my own big feet and the next thing I know I'm flopping on the ground. I felt like one of those "I've fallen and I can't get up" commercials. Today I am covered in bruises and moving very slooowly. This too, is a good thing. The Pirate felt so bad that he made dinner last night. AND did the dishes! (Oops, he says not to tell anyone that....might ruin the reputation that he is trying to maintain). Ok honey, I won't!

Hi all - just want to introduce myself and the hub. We've been signed up for the Disney Magic on 04/29 for six months, but I'm a little slow on the "discussion forum" thing. So, I have 7 days to get to know all of you!

Making you dinner, taking care of you at the hospital, letting you have YOUR icecream....the list goes on! Little secret to tell him, a grill is the man's job! This is the bit of cooking that men do, women do the rest! But they feel so accomplished after the meal is done. Let them have their moment because it's all US from there!!

So happy! Ed just called that he's on his way home from work! WOOHOO!!! A car with air conditioning!!!! Wasn't looking forward to putting the towel over the leather seats of the Subby for protection! Don't wanna burn my buns, KWIM?! Plus he can help me now!!! And my packing will get back on schedule! YIPPEE!!

Barb the only rubbing in that will be done is Len putting suntan lotion on your back in 2 days, while we are all still home getting ready for the cruise. In fact you all are going to be in major relaxation mode, well before any of us make it to the Sunshine State.

Suzie, to answer your question I think that my boy Pango is scared of me, he knows who is the President, I think he was just acting out a little when I left him in charge. I e-mailed him and told him that we are talking about him, so lets see if we can get a shout out from the big boy.

Sorry that is the best I have, it is not worthy of EggMan status and I apologize. As far as being the longest active member of the SteveMed fan Club, well I might have to give you the Unofficial title, but we need much more than 1 post before you can really claim a status like that. SteveMed has almost a Cult following by now, in fact I think he might even be the Most Famous Banana Hammock wearing, Firefighting, resident of Rhode Island that there ever was.

Also Suzie is right, we need to know much more about Steve than he and his Desparate Housewife are letting on. We need some ammo, C'mon EggMan give us some juice.

Steve will pack for himself at the last minute, of course. But just like the Queen, I double check everything after he is done, afraid of what might be packed. Of course, I just let the cat out of the bag on that one!! I on the other hand, started organizing and making lists about a month ago for me and the girls.

Gotta go...babysitting my neice! Not very tolerating of auntie on the computer.

Tatonka, welcome. That name reminds me of "Dances with Wolves."

My husband always insists on packing, and usually at the last minute. It's my job to get my things (and, yes, I always forget something - last time it was my hairbrush) and the kids' things together. Then the piles of clothes sit there and wait. Then it will take him two hours to decide what to bring, and finally to pack it. I'd like to start packing over the weekend, but my 13 YO only has 4 pairs of shorts that fit (we had to buy all new ones this year), and it's warm now so he's wearing them.

Domestic Beer Question - we are Miller Light people. Will tolerate Coors Light but nooooo Budweiser! Suzie , I used to drink orange juice and seltzer water when I was expecting - sounds better with Sprite! And your little girl's picture is really cute.

CG , congrats on the new occupation, even if on a part time basis. That's the dream job of a lot of DIS'ers, I'm sure! DH always tells me I'm a would-be travel agent.

Those of you heading down early, have a great trip! Since my kids are already missing a week of school for the cruise, no WDW for us this time. It will feel strange - to walk through MCO and NOT be on the way to the Magic Kingdom!
