I just have to tell you all that I love you all! You are the best people in the world - everyone is so interesting and kind and wonderful.

I want to say this to thank everyone for giving me the gumption to go and join WW! (Do I sound like I just got back from a meeting). No, really, I am not a lovey, squishy gooey, type of person at all (as if you all don't know this already ) - I don't even speak at meetings. But I just want to thank you guys because I am down 9.5 pounds in 4 weeks! I have never lost 9 pounds since I began putting on the extra pounds almost 13 years ago at the end of college. I don't do anything extreme, I simply watch what I eat and write it down. I even binged this last week on Chinese Food. What I have lost is 1/3 of what took me 13 years to gain!

Hi everyone!
I guess I've been in hiding since the bit "Father Daughter Dance" last Friday. The preparation and set up just wiped me out! How are you doing Sue & Jonna? Thanks again for all of your help-couldn't have done it without my girls!! The dance was a great success. I will post some pictures soon.

I started getting clothes together for myself and my girls (SteveMed usually waits until the last minute). I probably have 4-5 pairs of shoes going with me too. Desperate Housewives have to look good you know!!! What's everyone wearing for formal night?

We leave 2 weeks from tomorrow! Can't wait...desperately need a vacation!

I got two formal dresses for $40 one is black with nettign across the chest and arms the other is a shimmery blue with a black jacket.

Not sure which I'll wear yet but can't wait!

I'm half done with packing I will do it next week.

I am going to get my hair done on the 19th to have something different for the cruise!

Thanks guys. I don't think I will catch OhSo, the workout and weight loss wonder, as I am soooo not motivated to work out lately. Not entirely sure what's up with that, (laziness, dumbbutt ) but I do do crunches at night as I have a bit of a Mommy problem in that area.

My formal stuff is up in the air. I have a bit of a problem with a gorgeous dress I bought on ebay. They had the measurements wrong and it won't go across my chest - fits gorgeously everywhere else, is my dream dress, but alas, even with almost 10 pounds gone, I still have a fairly larger than normal chest - NO, not Pamela Anderson stuff here you pirates). I have tons of formal dresses so, no problem, but I really want to wear this dress. I am holding off on final try on until this weekend as the seamstress I know needs only a week to get it done.

Jewelgrrl asked if anyone had seen the free dining offer. YEP, and we totally caved. We just couldn't resist the deal - so our beach vacation in August has turned into a Disney vacation. We are going to drive and go to St. Augustine for two days and then on to WDW!!

I am going to wear a black cocktail dress for formal night - no long dress this time. DH is wearing a suit and my DS will have on a sports coat (for about 5 minutes). DD will have a long dress - she LOVES to dress up!

PJ, so nice to hear from you. You're making us all jealous, you know! (of course you know that!) Keep having fun for us and practicing how to be on vacation--You guys and the Tuggles will be so ready...17 days OMG!!!!!!

Tom--that video was so cool! Almost unbelievable (remember that 9/11 pic that was going around on the internet of the guy on the top of the building with the plane coming in the background) but of course this is really TRUE! What an amazing experience to be on that beach--not so close as caburysmom though!

Formal night--just a simple long black sleeveless with white flowers--the flowers are just the outline, not filled-in white, y'know. Suzie and I agree that it needs a little dressing up, with jewelry or maybe a little jacket. No sequins or bling on it at all. Hope it's okay!

Ocean Quest--yes, the kids have looked at that. I'm totally planning on very rarely seeing Isaac & Mike on at sea days.

Hey, Pango, the man who diappears once the Prez gets back in town, I just switched around some spa stuff and there is tons of stuff available including a couples CC Cabana Massage! I had tons of options on when to move my couples well-being massage too and when I booked it originally I had about one choice of time and it was a crunch to get done prior to Palo dinner. Now we have some time in between to sit on the loungers in the Rainforest room or to go sit and listen to some music prior to dinner sans kids or go to the cabin sans kids - ooo can I tell you how much I am looking forward to those fleeting hours of being sans kids.

Congrats on the weight loss CG -awesome! So much harder to lose weight after babies - no matter how old those babies get.

I am wearing just a short, black cocktail dress with black beading and short sleeves. I was planning on wearing the same dress to Palo later in the week - is that okay to do (showing my colors as a first-time Magic cruiser). Husband will just wear a suit. My boys will just wear dress pants, white shirts and ties - they don't have sportjackets and would outgrow them in six months if they did! It was so much fun when they were little and we bought them the cute little Easter suits. I will definately get them on the Teen site as they are now on Spring Break. I was trying to figure out how to get them another DIS name - I'm sure they'd rather not go on than go on as Lisa D. I am reeeeeeally computer illiterate - that's why no pix of our clan on the Yahoo site.

Lisa - so good to meet you too!!! You are a totally lovely couple. OMG, your boys have the same look my 4 yo has in his eyes 90% of the time - tell me they are saints and not the devils that I fear my son will be They look like they are hoot! I love the Golden Mickey's photo - too cool! It would be awesome if those pillars next to you all were out a little and you coul stand behind them like you were presenting an award!

So glad we worked out the issues with the photos!

CG--not a scrapbooker first attempt at door signs but I did buy Walmart out of all their Disney Scrapbooking supplies to make those signs. They cost me $80 as thats what all the embelishments cost me (insert shocked face) but its ok as they will be great keepsakes.

I love that photo remind me to tell you the story of how we got that photo!

Are there any meets down at the Port the Night before the cruise?? Me and Snoopy were going to go out for dinner but if others are around i'd love to meet more people.

Hi Amy - We are arriving in MCO around 4:45 - renting a car from Budget and driving to PC to stay at Residence Inn. I'd love to meet others for dinner as long as we don't hold anyone up - no idea what baggage claim and traffic will be on a Friday afternoon. Keep me posted.

CG - Yes that is the look of the devil in their eyes (especially the older one who is turning 14) and it hasn't gone away! That was their official cruise drink - the chocolate smoothie. They each had one every night at dinner and since we bought the wine package, we couldn't tell them no. - it's their vacation too!

Please excuse all the typos I know I'm making - trees are in full bloom in Southeast PA right now - should really take out these contacts because the allergies are so bad I can barely see through them!

BTW, the dress I have on is the same one I'm planning on for formal night. It's not a long dress but I don't do alot of formal things (I work at a health club). It will fit for formal night - I hope it still fits by Thursday when we go to Palo!

Well this appears to be my week of indecision. SO I started with Raddison, but alas no non-smoking room, then DoubleTree, but saw 5 out 7 negative reviews, so now at the Residence which is new and has not had an opprotunity for one. So we are now booked there till at least tomorrow. Other than Disney, I have always made an effort to stay at Military Bases for cheap rates. But having since seperated that is not longer an option :out::. I also have a high maintenance wife.

I would say "Lisa, we are staying in same hotel", but I may change my mind tomorrow. <GRIN> I think I am settled for now. I know Marriott. So I can appreciate the standard.

Amy, I still hope for us to meet up for dinner. We are not that far from each other.
