Hi all! Welcome to the new cruisers. No chance to update roll all because I'm on a much borrowed computer with a French keyboard.

We had a 9 hour bus ride to Rich in the High Atlas Mountains and when our friend gets back from work, will be heading for the Sahara Desert.

Reading about everyone chossing clothes makes me think will have to think about it soon. Work has taken away from the planning for a few weeks but think Ill get back to it this weekend and make the decision between Rome on our own or with DCL.

Ours look awesome! I didn't give you the names for our two other cabins because I'm not sure if they'll wear them. If you have extras then great, but don't make more especially for them.

Definitely not too late - I'm working on them this week (+ doing the taxes, I am hoping!)

I put these out to verify spellings - and get some info from folks like you, for whom I am missing names. Happy to have you with us and now we have real names for you, too.

No, these are proof sheets for MY printing job. I wanted to make sure spelling were right.

I'll have the name tags & lanyards (they came in the mail last week) for you at the Meet & Greet April 24 at 3:00 in the Promenade Lounge (before the Life Boat Drill). Even if you are not a social animal, come down and get your Lanyards. It's intentionally a short time period so no one has to spend a long awkward time talking to people they've never seen before.

I ordered 250 lanyards and would rather not have leftovers, so if anyone in your sailing party wants one or could want one or at least wouldn't object to having one, let me know.

I can make a "no-name tag" for those who don't want their names showing (some of the come-alongs with the DISers).

Are you going to the top of the page - in the red bar on the left is "User CP". Click it takes you to your DIS home page where one of the options on the left column (towards the bottom) is Send New Private Message.

WELCOME JSASSY. Auntilynne is our/my boss and is great on the organization.She can answer most questions and most posters can also give you any info you may need. Yes you can convert dollars onboard but it is limited to,if I remember correctly about $100 or so. Plus they only have a certain amount so when they run out we must wait to they replenish in the next port, That is what happened in 2007 when we did the Disney cruise in the Med.For all I know it could be all different this trip. It is always good to have some pocket Euros for small purchases and tips for tour guides. I don't know about the internet for I'm on vacation and I just wish to hide away from my earthly duties and immerse myself in the "Old World." Hope to see you aboard.

Thanks for the info on currency conversion and the internet and a special thanks for all the welcome's aboard. It's our first time on DCL but lots and lots of previous cruises; most recently we cruised to Alaska in June and the Panama Canal in January. First time on a forum though...I don't know where the rest of you live but it's 77 and sunny in Middle Joja today.

We've already arranged our transport but for those who are thinking of sharing cabs, consider private transport. For a larger group it can work out cheaper. These are quotes that I got from A2B transfers for 7 adults. Cheaper than 2 taxis.
