In my experience this close to your dates those are often always sold out, even during non peak season.I was looking at Park Vue, Tropicana and Best Western.

Even after I book I keep checking rates for the heck of it and rarely see those listed a month out.
The other ones in that same area (directly across from the resort entrance) are the Desert Inn and Suites, the Del Sol and the Camelot Inn. I know the Del Sol has rooms I haven't checked the others. That is what I was afraid of. Since we are coming from the East coast and plan on spending a few days in Las Vegas first, we are at the mercy of the airlines. Trying to get airfare to LV then to Santa Ana and then back to Philly makes planning to far out to be impossible unless I want to pay top dollar for flights that aren't direct.
Can you suggest a hotel that is close like the others I listed?
So I did a quick check and it looks like DelSol is your best bet if you want to stay directly across the street. You may have more luck further down Harbor (HoJo, Anaheim Inn, etc.)The other ones in that same area (directly across from the resort entrance) are the Desert Inn and Suites, the Del Sol and the Camelot Inn. Yes to this! That's how I used to get my suite at Park Vue as well--they can work miracles and find rooms if you call the hotel directlyHave you tried calling? We often stay at the Tropicana and I've gotten a room by calling when it appears sold out online.
