Lori (yikes ...our countdown chain is looking really short these days:hourglass)

So, will they be showing "The Invisible" on our cruise even though it doesn't come out until Apr. 27??? If so, cool!

yes our names are neil, kathy and lincoln nichols it would be fun to meet

Thanks for the info! There are quite a few kids in our DIS meets group that are around Lincoln's age.

If you'd like to share your stateroom number and email address, I am putting that info in the booklet as well. If you want to wait and PM me, that's fine as well. You just need 6 posts to use PM.

Hey Judy,
Sorry for the newbie questions, but how do we PM you with our info???
Never done that, but I have listed more than 6 posts, so I think I'm ok
there!?!?!:yay

And for the movies on the cruise, does anyone know if they play any of
the classics??? I'd love to watch PeterPan or Pinnochio in the Walt Disney
Theatre! Doesn't that sound awesomepopcorn::

Anyways, we've got our handmade door sign, got the green ribbon
for the wristbands, bought Dramamine AND Bonine (SP?) and just
looking for ginger ale/ginger snaps......and I think we're set.
(Oh, and maybe just work on losing that extra 20 pounds to look
better in the swimsuit:eek:

Hi Ada,

Just click on my DIS name to the left of this post and follow the directions to send me a PM.

I don't think they show Disney classics in the Walt Disney Theater, but I could be wrong. That would be fun!

No matter how much weight I lose before the cruise, I won't look better in a swimsuit!:rotfl2: I am what you might call "Pooh-sized."

Hmmmm..good question.:confused3 .when I called the cm (a bit hard to understand with a strong accent) said it was comming out late march:confused: so I'm not sure. If you want to know for sure just call dcl reservations and hope for someone you can understand on the phone...lol!!!!!

Lori

We are in the late seating with lincolnsparents.

Were also eating at the late seating. I like the fact that your not rushed to make dinner while hanging out on a excursion or by the pool. Only night rushed is making the pirate deck party. I'll trade one night rushed instead of three.

Question for dinner:
should my DH take a jacket for the the Palo brunch, or shirt&tie good
enough?? :groom: He's worried about being too hot in a jacket, and having to
pack that:blush:

Question about weather:
so, just how warm do you think it will be? I don't know how much stuff
to pack in case it's not hot enough......or will it be just fine without all
the "just-in-case-it's-too-cold" clothing?:cold:

I should take one jacket each....but not if it's 80's---90's with lots
of the Florida humidity:beach:

Everytime I travel...I swear I will not overpack, I will not overpack, I will
not overpack.....but don't you know it, I overpack every single stinkin' time
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Question about CMs at Oceaneer Lab:
What kind of candy do they like? individual stuff that they pass out to the
kids, or nice ones (Godiva) that they themselves will enjoy??? Help me on
this one.....I want to make sure I bring them the right stuff

Thanks,
Ada:flower3:

Hi Ada,

I don't think your DH needs a jacket for brunch. A shirt & tie whould be fine. DH will bring a jacket for Palo dinner though.

I always overpack! I can't help myself. I will bring a lightweight jacket for each of us and something warm just in case. The last time we went to WDW in April it was incredibly hot, but you never know.

Sorry, I can't help you with the Lab. DD was older when we last sailed.

It's our first cruise and I've never been to Nassau so I just keep checking Accu Weather to get an idea about what to expect weather wise.

Lori

I am wondering if the movie they told you was Invincible (the football movie.) What do you think??

Actually, for the brunch you don't need a tie. The couple of times we've gone, I wore dockers and a sport shirt.

Hi Ada
Bring clothes that you can layer, sweatshirt and a windbreaker will work as a jacket. A cotton sweater should be sufficient for the evenings. I am a true believer in packing light, usually for a 7 day vacation, my family of 4 travels in 1 big and 1 small suitcases. This time, I'll add a duffle bag for our snorkle and beach stuff.

Last time for the CMs in Lab and Club, I brought fun size Hersheys and MM type candies. I don't remember them sharing the candy with the kids in the club.

DVCSmiles,
We use the plastic ties, nothing really valuable in our luggage anyway.

Laurie, do you want to share your info with us for the cruise booklet? I just need the names of your family members, your stateroom number and your e-mail address. If you want to PM me with the info, that would be great!

I am still missing info from 8 families. If any of you have not sent your info to me, can you do that soon. I'll have the booklets printed for our meet.
